Hey, Thank you so much for this video. I don't think I even got the the level of detail that you did with the first free model, but that may be down to the fact that I've been messing with face morphs and turning them into character design references and then photo realistic pictures in Midjourney. So while it's a representation of how close the A.I can get to a photo it's still not as crisp a starting image as your photo. A couple more tweaks in photo shop before sharpening it in Remini really did the trick.
I nearly lost it because I skipped the step of opening the texture painter before lining up my characters face. took about ten minutes to get it lined up with the mask again! After that though it was smooth sailing. Only Just started with Blender today but tricks like these have really given me a taste for more. The difference between the start and finish was night and day!

hey bro, im on blender 2.93 and its kinda different. i managed to get to 11:17 but when i try to drag and move the picture it just doesnt do anything, plus its on black and white. do you know how can i fix this?

You can open the WEB Image in Paint and then save it in JPEG or copy the whole image and paste in new paint file and make sure you save the copied image in JPEG. After that you can delete the WEB saved image from internet.

How to connect the head to a body cleanly to be used in rigging?

It requires credit card number for the free trial so you can download models ... the trial is 14 days. If you don't have a card then you can't use it.
For head 2.0 you no need to enter payment details.
- Generate your head and click download
- It tells you to sign up
- right click and open the sign up page in new tab
- just sign in
- once you signed in it shows the payment options no worries leave it as it is no need to pay !
- go to your download tab
- now click download again then download starts.
Free download is not available for full body version
@@Irfanlesnar I just tried it - head 2.0 ... there is no download button after it generates the head ... The user interface is not the same as the one you show on the video. They probably changed it.

I did it exactly as in the video but the rest of the head and under the chin had no texture when I applied the improved texture
Yeah that's true.. Because we are painting in different angle so it's not possible to have under the chin texture... It needs to be enhanced manually or you can render the model with some sun light and bake that texture... So you can make fake details on those areas... You should bake like shadows falling under the chin... So that you can hide those poor textures

If shade smooth is not working then they might be used sharp edges so it maintains the edges .. so the smooth won't work .. you should remove the sharp edges . Once you done that shade smooth will work.
Select your model .. go to edit mode .. on the top there will be a tab called "edges" click that and select " clear sharp" .
Is there any method to animate this face? I mean for dialogues and other things? Is there any add-ons?
You should do that manually. Once you created dialogue animation export the file as fbx . And in spark ar you can target the animation and make them play as like you want.

That was a default texture.. i just turned on texture mode
Does the page still give the same quality? try to do it with the exact same photo and the models are totally low quality.
Model will be low you need to edit in photoshop as I did in this video

@@stephenwarren6539 yes you can. I used photoshop to match the skin tone after painting texture in blender. You can use gimp to retouch and make the even skin tone.
And I used photoshop to generate normal map but you can use some online tool to generate normal map from texture.

Why don't you enhance the whole texture file that has the face unwrapped, why enhance only the screenshot?
The app finds the face and enhances them. It doesn’t enhance other objects in the image. So the image in the whole texture will be UV warped so the app might not find the face in that. Even it finds it can’t enhance as like the screenshot. In the screenshot we were showing the face clearly so it has better quality.

Yeah, that sounds fair, you're right.
There's a more known Image enhancer called Topaz Gigapixel for Windows that does more than faces.
On a side note, and not to be nosey or something, but what's the "far more powerful app" alternative that you found which has a better results than this one?
iClone Headshot? KeenTools FaceBuilder? Pinscreen? Wolf3D? Unreal Metahuman? FaceGen? ...others?
I'd seriously pay you to teach me through TeamViewer how to convert some HD Faces / head models from a new game.. for an older video game from the same series of EA Sports games. Or at least to teach me how to use Blender properly. I could pay you.. per hour.. seriously, consider it. You seem to be a pro at Blender. I could really use your help. These tutorials on RUclips don't teach me exactly what I need to learn about converting Head Models + Head/Hair Textures for my video game. I have a written tutorial about converting these head models.. but I'm a beginner in Blender.

@@Irfanlesnar Your face is scanned. You create another face with skin textures slightly bigger than your own. When you are ready to print? What you are printing is your face in postive but the second face's negative, what you have in the end is a perfect fit mask with skin textures. If you have an idea how to do this properly and can make a private video. Got $ for you!

So you can bake the texture so that you can transfer texture. Just watch texture baking tutorial. from high poly to low poly..

@@Irfanlesnar Yes I know you can create textures on a "positive 3D model." How do you create everything the opposite side of that model is what I am asking? The complete negative model and effect!
@@Irfanlesnar For example we have a basket ball with textures in a box. Instead we create everything else in that box except the basket ball. The basket ball itself will be the empty space in our model. We pour in silicone or rubber. We end up with an identical basketball with all the textures and grooves!

@@Irfanlesnar even if I watch it in 1080p the font/icons still looks small, there is option in Windows 10 to increase fonts/icons size and visual in general I think it's call DPI scale.

Its actually free. Do this Step by step:
1-Go in the website he gave and create your model.
2-Click in "Download" or "Sign up" or whatever.
3- When you do that it will open another tab in your browser, so no just create an account for free. ( i logged in using google)
4- After that it will ask you to choose a plan... DONT DO ANYTHING... just go back to the tab you were before with your model and click DOWNLOAD, and it will start downloading for free.
After that close all tabs and you're done! Hope I could help.
