@Mari-yr1wk I have been training like this for a while but the main ways I make sure I don’t overtrain is by hydrating my body and by listening to my body when it needs rest
can you record a workout for us shy girlies just had my baby i’m almost 4 months postpartum .. i’ll get in a corner n workout or a at home one until im confident ! btw i loveeeee uuuu
