I just wanted to say, I first found your TikTok at the beginning of 2022, because of your type of workouts you motivated me so much that summer to keep doing my own track workouts + lifting. I love how you continue to grow not just in the fitness aspect but MOST importantly your mindset is so inspirational!!       @Mari-yr1wk I have been training like this for a while but the main ways I make sure I don’t overtrain is by hydrating my body and by listening to my body when it needs rest
