When is anyone going to investigate Nigeria islamic state and the Iman??? It should read Nigeria islamic mosques, the Imans and the emirs. If you cannot investigate those people then there's no point in investigating any church. The southerners must stop this nonsense. Start from the northern area first before working your way down the South. FYI, I don't believe in any of those religions. Just saying!!!

How can a market woman in the village verify the legitimacy of a company licensed by the CBN? I believe the CBN, government, and media have a responsibility to improve information sharing in Nigeria, including guidance on verifying company licenses. Additionally, the police should ensure protection from scams. Many of these companies have bank accounts and government oversight, yet lack accountability, leading to issues like these in Nigeria.

Yes there is a lot the govt can do if they serious and alive to their responsibility and it is very simple, takes only only hours to establish a dedicated cbn website meant for verifying licensed agents and their registration numbers so that in the event they go rouge and start harassing you, you can go back to the govt website and file a complaint. Cbn must have active investigators whose sole job is to investigate, make arrest and charge same to courts. You may be surprised to know that is postal service have investigators retired from law enforcement who investigates mail fraud. Officials of the Nigerian govt knows all these good things to do but like govt at all levels, if you establish these bureaucracies and have to pay the personnel's, there will be little money to steal, and their you have it.

Hundeyin saying Nigerian banks don't give loan to smaller businesses in Nigerian is false. They do and they do it a lot. There are requirements for different banks, most Nigerians don't know the requirements and don't care to know or work in-line with the banks requirements.

If for any reason you get fixated in the terrible situation described, to ease harassments, go to the specific app setting and turn off access to contact, sms, and gallery. Wipe information from the App and then delete the app. This guys are called loan shark for a reason. They prey on the the ignorance and low socioeconomic status of the middle to low class consumers.
