- Hey hey, I've got another super natural, NO-MAKEUP makeup tutorial - this time inspired by (Alexis Bledel) Rory Gilmore from GILMORE GIRLS☕️ THUMBS UP if you are a fan of Gilmore Girls, & keep watching for a subtle, everyday makeup look that is natural and perfect for school or work! I also put together some super easy school hairstyles to choose from, also directly from the show! All styles keep the hair out of the face but are girly and cute and take under a min. I started with my natural hair & used Living Proof Dry Volume Blast,
Pantene Airspray! To curl in my hair I used by Instyler MAX.
Headband is from Hudsons Bay in accessories, Tie-Scarf from Zara, (I get most of mine from Zara and I love it!)

good tutorial. but i think the bronzer ruined the look. Rory never looked bronzed, always pale/rosy/fresh.
I agree and too much lipstick too
@@ruth078 agreed rory doesn’t seem to really wear bright lipstick or anything and she doesn’t seem to do much makeup

Oh good old school uniforms. I went to a boarding school for all four years of high school, and as much as I hate polyester clothing, I honestly miss the simplicity of not having to think about what to wear. Of course one side effect of having worn a uniform for so long is that my initial reaction to any plaid skirt that is more than two finger widths above the knee is "Uniform infraction! No civvies (short for civilian attire/regular street clothing) for you this Saturday, young lady!"
We never had to button the top button on our uniforms, but having more than one button open was a uniform infraction.
I looooved my uniform so much haha, so quick and i felt comfy and cute in it. Ya Uniform Infractions were the worst hahaha awww!
The uniform shirts at my school always had the annoying habit of being really big in the back, so you looked like a hunchback wearing them. The sweaters also never fit properly. I ended up wearing a lot of navy blue and black together, because for whatever reason almost all of our uniform was in navy blue, but if we wanted to wear pants in the winter, they had to be black. Oh well, at least everybody looked equally bad in their uniforms and expectations for appearances could only be so high.
I remember being so excited when polo shirts were introduced as part of the uniform, because they actually fit. The kilts were nice in the summer, as the dorms didn't have air conditioning, but sucked in the winter as we were right next to a lake and the wind coming off of a frozen lake is brutally cold. And don't even get me started on the annoying combination that is kilts and wind tunnels.
I love Gilmore Girls, definitely a cute look, so similar. Lol!! I am team Jess for sure, but also team Dean I liked them both. I wanted her to marry Dean. 😟

It's so funny you posted this, because I've actually started binge watching the show for the first time. I had heard so many people talk about it for such a long time and had to figure out what the fuss was all about! Currently finishing up season 7 of Gilmore Girls and I'm so sad its almost ending but Jess was my favorite boyfriend! He wasn't very nice at the beginning when they were dating when they were younger but as they got older, Jess changed and matured and I wish that they got back together! It's cute that you even did the parts of the series that are significant like what she wore, where she ate and that she loved reading! Nothing about the loves in her life but just her.
