- Hey it's Jackie Wyers & welcome back to my channel! today we are doing a throwback tutorial of the iconic Blair Waldorf "Gossip Girl" Makeup & Hair Tutorial! In this blair waldorf makeup tutorial I am working with Moroccanoil to transforming my hair colour to a rich, cocoa shade like queen B using the new Moroccanoil Color Depositing Mask: a dual-benefit mask that combines care with color, depositing pure pigment while imparting rich treatment benefits-for beautiful temporary color and hair that looks and feels healthy!
