i pick my lips when i get anxious as well, i've had makeup artists tell me off for it all the time (i'm a model) but i don't seem to be able to stop, done it since i was a kid!

Nilo Rac and high eyebrows too. My eyebrows are low thats why I’ve given up doing eyeshadow cos when i open my eyes you cant see anything, but a good tip I’ve learned is if you cant do beautiful looks on your lids, do them on your lower lids aka under eye area, i always do colorful shimmer all along my lower lash line and it looks v cute. Tho id like to do such diverse looks too
lillionaire oh how clever! I’ve never thought of that! I just like you have lower brows as well so I’ve pretty much just given up on eyeshadow. I do the standard mascara with lashes look. Boring but it works for me. But great tip! I’ll give it a try, thank you!
lillionaire shave the ends of your eyebrows off and draw them up higher. I did it and I have so much more space to do fun liners

Hey, I tend to pick at my skin too, putting on makeup or a sunscreen if I’m not wearing makeup helps me stop, because I don’t want to mess up my makeup or because I don’t want to mess with the sunscreen! I'm getting married on Thanksgiving this year (the world is crazy - we're finding and loving our joy in spite of it) and I found this amazing retro 1960's white dress in Haight-Ashbury in SF for the day. So then I started looking up some makeup looks that would be right with the dress and I was SO EXCITED when I found this video. So excited to do my own makeup for my small Thanksgiving wedding. WOW you look stunning!! also I loved your voiceover and how you give lots of actually valuable and human tips and recommendations about brushes and products. p.s. it was a bit hard listening to the video in the beginning because of the background noise and sound quality :c if you need any tips about this - noise can be fixed pretty easily in free apps like Audacity and if you need a mic recommendation - zoom h1 is great, but also even the iphone mic is pretty good after putting the audio through noise removal. if tips not welcome - sorry, just ignore this :)

I know this is from like a year ago, but I too have a habit of picking at my skin when I feel anxiety or even excitement sometimes. You're the only person I've ever heard talk about it, thank you. I too, scarred my face kinda bad, (thankful for masks right now because of it). I get rid of my scarring pretty effectively with the PMD and using vitamin C serum afterwards. It helps fade the scarring I cause from my own hands/nails. You're not alone, we're in this fight together!

This look is very today, cut crease, winged liner, rather nude lip and the hair is great, bobs are always in fashion. I think you could wear this anywhere and not look dated.

I have absolutley no idea about make up, but ive been really getting into the sixties and the sixties look and style and i absolutly adore this eye make up! :) You really gave me a nostalgic feeling for a time where i havent even been alive! The sixties was my era. Mini, Midi, Maxi. Large hoop earrings. Mock Turtlenecks. Billowy Blouses. Suede micro mini (aka wide belts, lol). I used to wear bright medium pink suede micro mini, mock turtleneck with cutaway shoulders, fishnet stockings (yes, with garter belts), go-go booties, zipped up the back. We had sooo much fun with fashion. And, we had the best music; Motown, British Invasion, etc. Enjoy ladies, you certainly can't beat living the original experience, but, you can enjoy copying it.
