3 potatoes
1 medium onion
3 scallions (green onions)
3 garlic cloves
6 cilantro
4 parsley
1/2 tsp salt or to taste (potatoes)

Oh I haven't had this in a very long time. My auntie use to cook this for us, and she served it over rice with a slice of avocado. I have to make this for my kids.

Heat the garlic in the microwave for 15 seconds and the outer skin just slides off. I graduated a 2 year French culinary school I have the skillz. Your cutting skillz need work for sure.
