I know some are fine with just videos, but there's nothing like sitting down with a good cookbook and paging through it (drooling like Homer!), thinking yes, yes and oh yes! I made this easy dish earlier this week and it was AMAZING!! I had one person who couldn’t eat fish, so I cooked a separate pan of the “saucy sauce” and used chicken. It was sooooo good. I can’t wait to make it again. Thanks, Tammy!!
Tammy, thank you for this. Such an easy and delicious dish. Best of all, it almost didn't need any chopping, which made it quite quick. Couple of suggestions: if serving with pasta, you can add a dash of pasta water to the sauce, then move the pasta to the sauce and thoroughly coat them with sauce for a few minutes while the pan is on low heat. I also chopped a little bit of asparagus right at the beginning of cooking sauce. It came out really good.

Not to start any drama but I knew I had seen this recipe somewhere. Laura Vitale was acting like she created it “by accident” using ingredients she had, but it’s the exact same recipe, she just added shrimp. That’s why I can’t stand her, she’s such an overrated phony character!

I made this dish and it turned out so perfect and delicious. But you know i had to season it like how we melanated folks season our food. With the adobo and other stuff, salt and pepper is not enough for me especially us jamaicans. I didnt use the wine also and i just used those little grape tomatoes instead.

Pro tip...if you want to cut down on the time to make this dish: Bake your salmon, skin down on a foiled pan at 400 for 20 mins. While the salmon's cooking you can make your sauce. Also, baking salmon on the skin makes it super easy to remove when it's done. You just slide a knife, fork, spatula, whatever between the meat and the skin and it comes right off.
Looks like a yummy recipe. 😋 I would've added the noodles to the mix so that everything is saturated with the saucy sauce. Definitely want to try though!
