This video was very helpful as well. I think I may like this one better than the Excel video. I'm not sure why though since they are similar to one another. I think just having it explained a second time helped to ingrain it into my brain.
My research design uses T scores, so this was great information! Though I probably need to check out the Excel video as I would most likely not be using SPSS.

Simone Henry I did not realize that the data needed to be broken down into Z scores before being broken down into T scores. Therefore, that was very eye opening. I also liked how Dr. Grande step-by-step broke down what needs to be done to create a T score.
I still have mixed feelings about SPSS simply because I have never used it but it seems so easy to navigate and use. I save all the SPSS videos should I ever have the chance to use it in the future

Rachel Foster I feel more comfortable with Excel only because I have never used SPSS, but I think that SPSS would be more helpful than Excel
Very easy to understand, process and follow.
Using T score testing seem to be the most commonly used and more straightforward.

Yes, the numeric expression is (T-Score-50)/10.
