Personally, I have herniated disks that press on the nerve, sending pain, tingling, and numbness down my left leg, and our 16 year old son has scoliosis past 30 degrees of curve in his spine (surgery is now an option) and we both find relief with this decompression method. If gravity, hard work, i.e., lifting too much weight, can compress the spine. The ring dinger can decompress the spine just like a bendy straw, and I am no longer considering having the nerve burnt. In fact, I have made my own ring dinger table that we use occasionally. I'm hoping all people in pain find relief.
