I bought one of these a couple(ish) weeks ago. I've already experienced a difference. BUT, there is a problem that I'm hoping others, who are inventive, have noticed and solved. That is, when you do the stretch, when you're done, you push the lever forward to release the bar (with the foot holders). The problem is, the release is harsh and snaps. Just like if you took an elastic band, stretched it, then just let one end snap back. This is VERY DANGEROUS for the spine! The initial stretch is gentle, but the release SNAPS and the spine also SNAPS back. When I first did it, I noticed that this did not feel good. So after that, I used a method to slowly release the stretch, but it's not something that is easy to do every time. So I had an idea to add 1 or 2 tiny shock absorbers on the square bars where they meet. My idea is that when the release is pushed, these would absorb the shock of the snap back. Has anyone else done this at all? Ideas?
In general it works however I encourage to not do it without and MRI and a doctor’s approval. For some people it could actually make things way more worse.
@@roundearthshill247 It could be appropriate for some and not for others. Decompressing the spine for such a long time could cause the stabilizing ligaments and muscles to over stretch which could lead to instability. In some cases when the discs have degenerated considerably, it could be beneficial. We cannot comment on what is appropriate for you specifically but a licensed physician would be.
I am 21 years old and suffer from severe sciatica due to a herniated disc on my low back. I have been using this for about a month which have given me great results. What Im wondering if there are any cons of using this too much? Thanks in advanced!
This is a great questions. Spinal Discs can take a very long time to heal, sometimes more than 1 year and they require motion in order to get the essential nutrients delivered. When a disc is injured the body tries to immobilize it to prevent pain, but unfortunately this only makes the situation worse for the disc nourishment. 1-2 sessions per day is often ideal for 1 year to really get the best out of it. What is most important is to make sure that you don't only rely on decompression to maintain a healthy spine but you also strengthen your core to stabilize it. The key to a healthy spine is the balance between flexibility (decompression) and stability (core strengthening). The best session duration for most is 20 minutes of interval decompression. Decompress for 1-2minutes, then release the tension for 30 seconds, and repeat this cycle fro 20 minutes. If decompression makes you feel sore and the soreness is too uncomfortable for you, I would recommend using a tens unit with the electrodes on your low back during the spinal decompression. I hope this helps.
Inversion Belt thank you so much for responding. All the information i can get is very helpful since ive had this problem for 1 year already. Im currently doing one session a day for 30 mins plus doing some lower back and core workouts. Im also taking supplements such as fish oil, collagen, vitamin c, etc. this is all from the research i have been able to find and hopefully this is the correct way to fix the disc.
They don’t mention that this is not cover by insurance and each session is approximately $300 dollars and if you have sciatica you’ll need at least 10 sessions which will come out to $3000 dollars! Is better to buy an inversion table and just hang upside everyday for 5 to 10 minutes and you’ll get the exact same results without breaking the bank
Every time my spine decompresses as soon as I get up take three steps I have a insane pane were it goes back to wear it just was .Guess has to do with the lack off disc material and cracks in vertebrae. What one Dr said then tried charging me two grand for a couple of x Ray's and a initial visit when I had insurance moral of the story don't hurt your back .
Same thing happens when Im on an iversion table. While imnon its heaven. Soon as I walk it feels like heck, however within 10-15 min the pain goes away and feel better than before getting on the table.
Assuming your doctor approved spinal decompression, a strategy that could help is to decompress very lightly for a 30 seconds, then release the tension for 30 seconds and repeat this cycle 5 times. Decompression too hard or too long may not be ideal for you.
any attachment or technique anyone can suggest if i want it to decompress just a tad bit more? any adapter to extend or shorten so you get more decompression with the few cranks it allows???
Please, is it possible to send the inversion belt and the stretch bench combo to Brazil? If so, do you have any idea about how much the shipping would cost? Thank you.
It can help to reduce muscle tension in your low back. Correcting a spinal curve is much more complex than just decompressing the spine, it requires proper spinal and neurological rehab. However, it can be very helpful to decompress the spine as part of a complete approach to restore a normal curvature.
What about pain in the armpits? Some reviews of seemingly identical devices even mention numbness of the arms. This seems that the indicate that the device cannot be used for lengthy periods.
@Inversion Belt .... Of course paint/numbness in the arms can and will happen depending on how much of a stretch you want and the length of time. I have the Inline back stretch machine (got it through amazon), and if I want a stronger stretch on my lower back, I can feel it in my pits and arms for certain. The other thing that people need to know is that there will also be heavy pressure on the foot as well (I've been using the inline machine only with socks. Need to get a new pair of shoes so I can give the top of my foot more padding (or I can just use some rolled up towels).
Will this help increase height permanently? I heard it can make cartilage strong therefore preventing height loss during the day. Is this true or will it not help increase height?

Only a qualified doctor can tell you if this is appropriate for you. This device has helped many people but it is not for everyone. While the majority of users respond very well to it, some need a different approach.
I love how small and light this table is compared to my inversion table and Total Gym. Looks like it would be a good size for putting in the back of our vehicle when going on vacation. What are the dimensions and weight?
+FrankATracy When the decompression system is shipped, the total weight is 27lbs with all the packaging. I is probably a few pounds lighter without packaging. It can easily fit in the trunk of a sedan when removing the extender, which is simple and quick to do.
+Inversion Belt 27 lbs. That's amazing! During our last vacation I was unable to take the inversion table or Total Gym because of their size and weight. I was able to find ways to stretch but not to the extent that I needed. And I paid the price. Not only on the vacation but in my regular workouts after we got home. Took several weeks to get back to where I was. And in one area of my workout I still haven't gotten back to normal, and that vacation was 7 months ago!

Hi I'm from south Africa where can I get this?
How can I find the belt that attached to the tool? Is that a decompression belt? I can't find it. Can someone help me find it?
What brand model is this?
Does anyone know a good website I could get one of those that was demonstrated in the video how much does it cost
What are the advantages to using this vs the Teeter Dex II which lets you hang upside down from your hips?
But with this machine, you don't know how many pounds of pressure you are using. Correct?
That is correct, with this device you don't know how many pounds you are applying. We recommend to do it lightly and comfortably.
Your website doesn’t work? Do you have an Amazon store?
Are you guarantee height increasing in product using....
Price?
any attachment or technique anyone can suggest if i want it to decompress just a tad bit more? any adapter to extend or shorten so you get more decompression with the few cranks it allows???
Does it help in increasing body height at the age of 18
Unfortunately we are not aware of a permanent effect on height.
how much for that table that the doctor is using?? thanks in advance

How can buy this
Tell me how to find this equipment
Where l can buy this aparat like in this video? Plsss
How much? And how to get it?
Can it help relieve muscle tension too I have alot of muscle tension in neck and lower back? And can it help correct abnormal curve in the spine?
It can help to reduce muscle tension in your low back. Correcting a spinal curve is much more complex than just decompressing the spine, it requires proper spinal and neurological rehab. However, it can be very helpful to decompress the spine as part of a complete approach to restore a normal curvature.

What about pain in the armpits? Some reviews of seemingly identical devices even mention numbness of the arms. This seems that the indicate that the device cannot be used for lengthy periods.
The under arm holders have a lot of padding which makes it very comfortable. This is not a complaint that we ever receive.
In India where can I buy it???
When using this will it cause a lot of pressure in the arm pit area?
No it doesn't. The foam padding is very thick and comfortable.

Will this help increase height permanently? I heard it can make cartilage strong therefore preventing height loss during the day. Is this true or will it not help increase height?
Some may notice a slight increase in height but if it did in fact happen it would be very minimal.
Inversion Belt how much permanent? And what do you consider minimal?

Dr Help Please!. So i had 2 laser surgeries at LSI on 2010, on my L5-S1 on my left side. Up to this date (April 2017) i am still having pain and i feel a "pinch" on my left side where the dis is, and is painful, when i walk, sit or even sleeping. Please, i am very sad, i have no money, no job, i can't afford a doctor, my life is ruined. Is this Device can help me to decompress my lower back or i shouldn't use at all because of the surgeries and i don't want to getting worse or unable to walk at all if i got hurt with this device? Please, let me know!!. I am a man 44yo, 150 lbs. Thank you very much
Have you ever done any spinal decompression or inversion for your low back?
before i had the surgeries i did this decompression at physical teraphy facility. but now in these days, i am scare, so i i am not sure if i should buy this product or not. Thank you
Only a qualified doctor can tell you if this is appropriate for you. This device has helped many people but it is not for everyone. While the majority of users respond very well to it, some need a different approach.
How can I order one of these please
