I’m glad y’all are exploring all avenues and getting multiple opinions! I can totally see why she’d say wait on surgery since Kyle is doing well and surgery is a risk for deficits. I also see why Kyle would want this tumor out of his head already, and if he did have surgery that’s one step closer to cancer free. Crossing my fingers for y’all for hope for cancer! It’s always sad to me how expensive treatments can be. I totally understand the companies need to profit to continue making ground on research and new treatment options, but I can’t help but wonder if the statistics for cancer would be better if everyone could access hope for cancer level of care?

I had mentioned before that a family member was starting the Car T cell therapy at City of Hope. Tomorrow he will be having the infusion of his treated blood. I know this can be a difficult time so we are praying it goes well.

I am sure if the Oncologists thought Ivermectin would kill cancer they would be using it. Ivermectin is an antiparasitic drug used to treat several neglected tropical diseases, including onchocerciasis, helminthiases, and scabies. Some topical forms of ivermectin are approved to treat external parasites like head lice and for skin conditions such as rosacea. Stop recommending things to people when you are not a doctor.

How does one get ivermectin? My mother in law is supposedly cancer free now but I'm wondering about it in case it returns.
