According to the public court divorce documents, which you can look up, she had a serious substance abuse issue and was a violent alcoholic which is why the courts gave full custody of their children to Alex to begin with. She was literally sent to a psychiatric hospital because of her violence. She attacked him multiple times and would just start smashing things. In fact, she was arrested for violence on more than one occasion. The kids did not want to live with their mom because they are afraid of her. This is why to date, Alex still has sole custody of their kids.

Peter Mclver: You have to do what my mate did and pay $10 for copies of the divorce records. Even though they are public record, you still have to pay for them.
If you look up Texas public records and search for their settlement, I believe that is posted and free still. It shows the case number and document number to which you go by to search for the divorce records.
I can ask my mate if he still has the case number and document number to the settlement and divorce case on hand. My mate writes for an Independent/Conservative paper and wanted to do a story on it. He got a lot of flack from people for exposing the truth because it ruined the narrative that others were trying to push.
He was only interested in the Alex Jones divorce records when his now ex wife Kelly Rebecca Nichols tried to claim publicly after she lost the case that Alex was violent and an alcoholic. That statement was inconsistent to what people were reporting because it was her that had those issues.
That is when he paid for copies of the records which shows that she was committed on more than 1 occasion to a hospital. On one instance, the records stated that on one occasion, she took a handful of pills and consumed half a bottle of scotch and attacked Alex violently while he was sleeping.
That confirms what Alex had stated on one of his youtube videos on his channel about his wife and why she lost custody in the first place. Every bloke knows how difficult it is for a male to get custody of their kids, especially full custody. Courts favor women 80% of the time even if the father is the better parent. Alex obviously was awarded custody for a reason.
I think my mate still has the divorce documents filed. I don't believe that it would be legal if I scanned them into the computer and copied and pasted the txt here, otherwise I would. Don't want to do anything that would get me into trouble.

And the conspiracies have become more outrageous. His character has also changed. He did not use to rage when broadcasting, but now I can not watch him due to the extreme dialogue of dysregulation that Alex orates. The parent that was given custody over me for most of my childhood would make up paranoid conspiracies about the other ....and it took me YEARS after being removed from their custody to fully un-fuck myself. He claims to know history, yet when I looked up some of the things he said, I found them to be fake or lies. He is a propaganda machine. He pays Roger Stone to be on his show.

If you look into old AJ, stuff you have to go back to his days in Austin community Radio. He befriended, but backstabbed pretty much everyone he encountered along the way. Texas, has always had a strong right wing conspiracy presence on pre internet, independent, short wave radio. Jones, ingratiated himself with all manner of conspiracists, and quietly picked their brains. He would then quietly convince their backers and advertisers to join him. One of his techniques was secretly recording conversations between individuals, and editing soundbites, to make it out those radio personalities were mocking one another, and bad mouthing their sponsors.
Where Jones wife lacks credibility here, is her involvement with Infowars. Kelly Jones, was also a nasty piece of work, and treated Jones staff appallingly. She was in on a lot of Jones controversial funding schemes. Neither of them, are very nice people. Maybe, KJ regrets her actions now? One hopes she does, because, as much a fool as Jones is, as destructive as he's been, there are two sides to this.

A jury came back with the decision that she should have full custody of the children and the judge violated the law by not applying the decision of the jury. Kelly Jones has been accused of so much it is bizarre. She has one Jewish relative way back when and that's a whole other accusation, that this happened because she's Jewish. Sadly, this is all too common. We like to paint people who listen to Jones with broad brushes, but I've seen people slowly fall for his shtick for a while now. It doesn't reflect anything bad about them personally as it shows how his propaganda can be insidious and subtle despite his bombast and obvious lunacy. People start questioning Bush's administration, or become freaked out seeing Bohemian Grove and think maybe there's some truth to Jones. I don't understand it and can't see myself falling for the same things, but I'm sure many of his supporters felt the same way at one time.
