Bon Jovi | Drift Away | Wild Is The Wind | HD Remaster | Stuttgart 2008

Back in the day, now some 15 years ago (how time flies!), the Bon Jovi world went crazy as Jon's voice ramped up during the early months of 2008 and stuff like Always or Bed Of Roses returned to the setlists in their original versions. In their wake, rarities crept back onto the setlists that had been long gone before that such as Drift Away. Even though Jon only joined the "choir" on the chorus, it was one really impressive version as Bobby handled the lead vocals (though he repeated the first first twice). Besides a whole lot of other rarities that night, they topped (for me) the thrill by adding Wild Is The Wind to the encore and have Richie go for an extended outro solo!
After the show, two fans whom I've had the luck to meet in the years after as well, sent me her original videos with these two having been part of them. Just today, I stumbled across these files and restored them both with AI technology as well as manually afterwards. The audio was taken from a recording made that night and remastered. The building had a lot of echo, so I tried to "de-reverb" that thing a bit. It got a little messy around the chorus of Wild Is The Wind, but other than that, I think it's fine to listen to.
As other obligations are approaching, we will probably be taking a break for around 4 weeks on here. But tons of stuff has premiered the last weeks that should easily fill that void.
