I’ve done this job. Do yourself a favor, buy the part, then go to your local auto body shop and pay them 50 bucks to install it. I can tell you, this job is a real Mother! There’s virtually no room inside that door to move your hands around.even the guy at the Body Shop was Cursing up a storm when I brought it to him to install after I nearly lost my mind.the guy your watching has heavily edited this video and I can assure you it’s not as easy as he would have you believe.

My 2011 passenger lock is going ; making a buzzing noise. I use the truck for deliveries so I’m in and out of the E about 170 times a day , locking n unlocking. Mechanic quoted me $387 installed. I’m letting him have fun with it. My back both sciatic, bulging disks and spinal stenosis probably wouldn’t cooperate with doing this job. But it is straight forward. I did my power mirror and power door lock button.

Is this the fix when the key fob won't lock the door?
Really doing this on hard mode if you don’t remove the outer door handle, it gives so much room.
What a pain this is .
