The Titan, as most of the Titans, is pretty bad and won't see play. 7 mana is way too slow in the upcoming meta, the impact on the board is a joke, it does nothing to win you the game and control priest gets 0 support cards. Priest is dead this expansion as is control.
@@drakmendoa removing 2 enemy minions, or a 6 cost taunt lifesteal is low board impact? I can see the meta being hyper fast with some of the cards in other classes, but you can't call priest titan low board impact.
@@cubandarknez Did you see the 6 cost cards in standard? There are a lot of really bad ones. And it is not discover, it is random. So it can also get the really bad ones. Like a 2/6 or a 3/4. Or you get the 6/6 that deathrattle losses you the game in 3 turns. As an controldeck, you lost the second that that is summoned. And you don't get the battlecry which most of them have and are the reason why they are good. Sure you can highroll once every hundred games, but that is not really a good gameplan. It is just bad. And removing 2 random minions when your opponent has 7 on board is like doing nothing. And there will be a ton of board flooding this expansion. So yes I call that low board impact because it is low board impact. It is just another bad legendary in a long list of bad legendaries for priest. The reason why the card, that gets you a priest legendary from the past, is just super bad.
I feel like Rarran missed the power of Serenity. It basically reads "Destroy all enemy minions with 2 Attack or less, then give all enemy minions -2 Attack." This is bonkers against token decks.
slightly different. It's a persistent effect not a battlecry, so if you play 2 on turn 2, you have 2 2/2s for example. If you play 7 all at once on turn 7, you have 7 7/7s.
The 8 mana 8/8 transform synergizes with the first minion, the shuffle minion (it should be shuffled as an 11/11) and also Ra-den. The creation protocol synergizes with the first minion and also Ra-den (it summons copies of other minions, but does not exclude a copied Ra-den). And the 3 mana that shuffles back synergizes with the creation protocol. Even if it`s slow you might get one or two copies of a 3 mana 6/6. And also Ra-den should synergize with Stars Align becuase the transformed minions didn`t start in your deck, but might be too random to be viable. But Ra-den being deathrattle and not battlecry might be too slow.
I've watch all this rarran reactions so far and he always seems very unimpress and uninterested by the new cards. Does he has called good, more than like 2 cards so far in the whole thing? or has he being geninually impressed by any of them? I can't recall with this weird negative energy he has in this videos, I don't see him have it in other videos
I might be wrong, but I think part of it is a lot of HS streamers have been burned by getting super hype about a card and it ends up being unplayable, so I think he's playing devils advocate/ taking the position of "is this really good?", which being a warlock main and being excited about cards that end up being trash, I can understand why he's going in with that mindset lol

Could be wrong but i feel like Grace of the Highfather WOULD let you discover a 0-mana card, surely, because the latter half of the card isn't an overheal trigger, ie "Overheal: Discover a card equal to the amount overhealed" So if it doesn't, that's just bad card formatting.
Ra-den looking like a ETC sideboard card instead of in the main deck. Its power in a match depends a-lot on what your Psychic Conjurors, Mind Eaters, Identity Theft’s etc fetch you.
yeah you can. You just can’t silence an aura effect from another minion. i.e if a flame tongue totem is next to a 1/1 guy, silencing the 1/1 guy won’t remove the aura. But silencing the flame tongue will.
you are right, i misread the text, i thought this is like the Jailer effect, for the rest of the game your minions have +1/+1 but it's not, this is much worse than i thought
@@fixpontt the reason the jailer silence doesnt work is because it is a battlecry. The effect is triggered on play. You cant silence a youthful brewmaster and repull a minion from your opponents hand that the brewmaster bounced back
Stars allign could be decent in a priest zoo deck. Kind of like an evolve shaman but you don't have to develop before using it. Probably not an instant banger but it has potential.
Zoo-lock played Arch Villain Rafaam as a finisher to transform all your now useless 1 drops into random legendaries. On average a 3 cost evolve that discounts by 3 is probably better than a random legendary. Granted Rafaam also transformed your deck too.

This is just a 3 mana tempo loss that turns your syngergistic cards into unreliable stuff. What's also important is that you need a good hand size for this to be worth it. I feel like this will be an arena card at best.
