Id argue that enforcer should be in b tier due to the extra dmg upon disguise and when it Halloween it's basically -144 to all light classes which is usually a insta kill, when picking up those pumpkins*
Putting Diamondback low on tier list is GigaChad move(and CORRECT TAKE, the ONLY reason it's banned in ONE comp format, Highlander is because spy there can farm crits from buildings destroyed but most TF2 players don't get it hence their nerf proposal don't address DB issues in HL and only make it bad everywhere), but idk putting it at lowest tier is also kinda eh, feels contrarian for contrarian sake. Diamondback is a solid B tier, and only S tier in HL format when you farm engy buildings.

Big Earner actually gives you 30% Cloak. Combining that with Dead Ringer you can use it multiple times to get away.
Prob the only reason I don't know that is cuz I don't use it lol
