Thanks so much for your help! I love learning about the Teknos(I have a few, now), Sanwa 3rd party receivers, and all the other goodies from your channel.
Thanks man I was having some trouble figuring out the instructions, found your video and banged it out. Props to you taking the time to do vids like this
Thanks for the video! I don't get all the "it's expensive comments". The only other option I've found was Freshpark. They're made of metal and twice the price. Not to mention way heavier!
Do you have full dimensions of it? The website is vague for much more than width. Preferably in store mode how long and tall is it? How much does it weigh? Thanks for the informative video and links!
Awesome, enjoy it.👍 I’ve not been bashing much this year to use mine, but if you want to see more action videos with it, see Jason Perrin RC, he got one and has been using it often. I do have some too, but nothing lately.
Very cool...but I can build a lot of wood ramps for the cost of that ramp shipped to the US....I may just build my own like it🤔 it is a nice ramp, enjoy!!!
I bought one of these recently and I am quite a bit disappointed with just how short the ramp is in person (I have the 48" version). If you take 3 sheets of paper in portrait orientation and put them end-to-end, it would be less than 4 sheets in length. It was just difficult to find a nice , somewhat portable ramp that would be easier to store so I got a little desperate. I did try to build my own but that didn't work out in the long run. I don't think this ramp will handle my Xmaxx too well so I will definitely try it on my smaller vehicles first. I do have the reinforced version.
7:47 Some of y'all didn't grow up skateboarding and it shows. 😄 Just take a file and basically sand it down right on the corner. This is how you cut the excess grip tape off of a skateboard.
Hey John, what is the folded dimensions of your 48 inch wide ramp? The guys at Great Hobbies recommended your channel to me and I am glad they did. Great videos! Thanks.
It’s 48” wide by 31.5” long (tape measured straight edge to edge not the whole curve), and I’m not sure the exact depth because it’s curved but it folds pretty flat, maybe a few inches as you see in the video.
Mine did come with grip tape for center but that was years ago. There was a KCRC announcement a while ago that large grip tape no longer included. Just the yellow side markers now.
The pain of hunting for a good portable ramp is real. They either too expensive/heavy/non-portable or they are just junk. I'm curious how this ramp will hold up to 1/5 scale stuff? Kraton/Outcast 8S/Xmaxx size stuff. Have you jumped any of those cars on it? How is that ramp holding up as of today? Knocking the grip tape off it straight away isn't a good sign imo and shows just how hard these cars chassis hit. My guess is a 1/5 scale will pretty much destroy this ramp. /sigh The comical "RC Bash Ramp" listed below is vapor-ware. It's funny this company showed up in this thread 8 months ago to talk smack about this ramp, only to vanish into oblivion. Maybe a little better RnD (no diamond plate, chassis killing deck) and it would have sold better. Having an active website with every product "out of stock" is pretty lame.
The only thing that wears quickly on it is the grip tape. The plastics are holding up excellent. Not sure what you mean by concrete I am using it on grass in this video.
Great thanks so much for replying. I figured the tape definitely needs upkeep that’s expected. Not a big deal but you are Definitely jumping on concrete maybe you prefer asphalt absolutely NOT grass at times in this video.
surely a way to mass produce these parts (since assembly is required) should bring the price down; I llike to have one but it is like many others before, way too expensive. Seems l've to continue to rely on my hacked up alum. folding table.
They stopped including it because people complained about chassis scratching/wear. Personally, I just added my own and make sure all the rigs I jump have a skid plate installed.
You’re rig literally bottoms out the suspension and slides up the ramp, you DO NOT want traction tape sanding the chassis. When you shave the ramp, those side strips are like a file on your arms and chassis. Take that crap off.
You need the tape for traction otherwise you get too much wheelspin on the white plastic and Car will kickout sideways on the ramp. The grip tape is wearing down more than the chassis/arms. It's not an issue..
Doesn't seem like the best. The ramp is too short and doesn't have enough transition, thus the reason why every-time the RC hits the ramp it seems to hit hard, and on almost every jump the RC went flying sideways.
You did a half decent job of selling it. Unfortunately it's just another piece of junk ramp made out of plastic. Way too many people have been trying to copy the real RC BASH RAMP. It's upsetting because the people that end up buying these junk ramps are getting ripped off and don't know it until the ramp quickly falls apart. We get emails about it all the time. We are all for the competition and encourage it. In fact when all these other guys try to copy us with their garbage using our name and likeness our sales go through the roof. It's free advertising for us and we appreciate it. But we don't appreciate selling junk ramps to the RC community just to make a quick dollar.
Definitely not a piece of junk because plastic is used. This ramp is nothing like your ramps, they are totally different designs. I’ll be using the KC-RC ramp long term will show exactly how it holds up over time good and bad. There is a lot of design benefits to folding down and adjustable height, which as far as I know your ramps do not do. I’m not compensated for getting sales and this was not a paid sponsor video.
@@danlab5029 Hi Daniel. We haven't forgotten about you and your order. As we mentioned there has been supply chain delays which has increased wait times unfortunately. There is about 48 others who placed their orders before you and they are still waiting also. You are not the only one. We are going to do something special for everyone that has waited extra long during this time and we will provide an update soon. As we stated in our previous email to you, if you are tired of waiting just let us know and we will refund your money back to you.
Didn't you go out if business? Your ramp only came apart in 3 pieces. This doesn't and you can adjust it. Your diamond plate isn't adjustable and not portable or compact. So sucks to suck
I ordered the ramp and now I'm sitting here stuck because I don't even know what type of screws those are lol. Never saw screws with a square in my life. 🤣🥲
GOT TO LOVE IT WHEN THEY GO SLOW THEN FULL PUNCH ON RAMP CAUSING THEM TO MISS !!!!!!!
Thanks so much for your help! I love learning about the Teknos(I have a few, now), Sanwa 3rd party receivers, and all the other goodies from your channel.
Just have it assembled and gonna test it out over the weekend. Seems like lots of fun and might need some backup traction tape😂

2024 ordered . Hope it’s good

I got the 48" on sale a couple weeks ago, wish I would have went with the 36"! Oh well, gonna bash it for awhile and then sell it lol
Hi, Netcruzer
How is the durability of the main plastic board? All screws holding up good and No crack on the board?
Thank you for let me know.
It’s holding up, no cracks, only scuffs. But I’ve not done any extreme cold weather testing with it yet.
Thanks for the vid. Possible you can provide a quick text update on the ramp? TY!
I don't use it very often but when I do it works perfectly. No damage to the plastics has occurred. Grip tape eventually wears out
Nice. Man I want one but shipping to the USA gonna cost me 😭
That's what I said, I went to there site and shipping is over $100 to the US....it is a nice ramp but I can build a lot of ramps for $390...

what size Square Head do you need?
hold a kraton 8s and kraken vesla.5? im looking a bash ramp like this for my beasts!
I've used it with my Xmaxx and and a FireTeam without any issues.

@@netcruzerThat’s pretty crappy to not include it anymore.
It’s an arm and a leg ramp. Because that’s what it’s gonna cost you.

Crickets😂

@@netcruzer ok great, I’m going to order one.
@@netcruzer no surprise there
KC-RC website is not working as of May 27, 2023.
Do you have another vendor or another suggestion?
When it gets to $200 shipped I’ll bite.
I expect prices to keep rising with inflation issues, and a new version just launched with an extra rear brace plate.
@@netcruzer we shall see
Did they provide a discount code?
No sorry I have no discount codes.
Mine didn't come with traction tape....
They don’t anymore, the website should say that now.

I saw the screw driver and said to myself that man is Canadian
Edit any skate shop will have more grip tape so you could get 100% coverage
Are these people still in business? I just went to click on the link and it seems the website is dead
New website might be having issues? Still in business, busier than ever. Lots of new stuff coming from KC RC

I agree. Definitely too short. Couldn’t imagine an xmaxx hitting this thing lol. Guess I’ll keep searching!
I don't think they use the same material anymore
REALLY THEN WHY ARE THEY NOT MAKING IT ANYMORE ????
For the price, it should come pre assembled.
For the price you should include a hand job.
270$ u kidding me right???
Canadian price, shipped. Consider ~$100 of that price the shipping costs. Less for Quebec, more for USA.
Also moulded injection parts and Pom top with stainless hardware. And made in Canada not China
I own one. Worth every penny!
Nice ramp but for the price I will build my own ramps.
Nice ramp. Way expensive. I'll stick to cardboard ramps.
lmao
