@@RugbyboatsCoUk thank you for prompt reply just working out moneys and with cost of survey having boat lifted dont really want to have to pay for a skip and labour to remove owners items tbh will call office in morning
It looks like it needs a load of work and everything is very shabby. Starting from the front the lockers need new covers, the carpet looks like it needs ripping out and the bottom panels on the walls on the starboard side are either rotten or filthy. A complete rewiring is needed as there are extension leads and multiple adaptor plugs all over the place. The kitchen, bathroom & bedroom are in need of a make over and the engine bay is full of rust. £40k might be a fairer price considering the work that needs to be done.
Very nice boat and reasonably priced. One point didn't see many 240v sockets, it may have just been the video but will need checking out by any prospective buyer
