Having to constantly slow your breath down with your heart pounding in your chest to hit 5 narrow targets in quick succession is incredibly hard to do. And to do this over 10, 15, even 20 kilometers, too! It's a sport worth reacting to.
I love watching biathlon. Oh, to go out on weekends in winter and do a little "biathlon-ing" -- but I'm sure there wouldn't be too many people happy to see me lugging the "tool of the trade" on my back. Maybe none, actually.

Ask them about what they think of it first, and if they're okay with it, show them where the magazine goes, show them the bolt of your rifle, tell them what it does and why it's there and what makes it "manual" compared to "automatic". People I've met are mostly receptive when it comes to learning more about guns, and bolt-action sporting rifles are seen as relatively harmless compared to...well, you know what I mean.

I always sounds more exciting to hear sport commentators yelling in another language because you don't know what the hell they are saying but you can guess based on how ecstatic their shouting voices sound. At least in Football when someone scores even the Spanish or other commentators can be understood because they scream GOOOOAL Goal Goal Goal Goal!

This is a great video, but there are still numerous other great sports moments that weren't included, of course. One of my earliest sports memories is of Pele leading Brasil to win the World Cup in 1970, but I also remember, from that same year, Len Dawson leading the KC Chiefs to win the Superbowl. This film just scratches the surface, really.

Bragging and putting everyone down in and out of the ring. Another reason I didn’t like him, was because of Howard Coselle , I hope I spelled Howard’s name right, and his antics, around Ali.
