Very impressive sailing. It's way beyond me, but great to see a smallish boat out in the ocean, and to get a realistic view of what goes on. Half the time cold, wet, knackered, uncomfortable and kind of hating it, but also loving it, it seems! I recognise that mix of feelings anyway. Great video, thanks.
@@tobygoessailing that's pretty much exactly the way it felt 🤣. I'm plotting to all three consecutively in the future.. not sure when yet. It's not beyond you 👍
What an absolute gem of a channel. I found you by chance searching for Hebridean Windvane videos as I’m building one myself. Have just binge watched the whole lot… Fabulous
Lovely boat great bit of sailing and a great video you are always so calm. When Sailing down wind on just the Genoa have you tried taking the lazy sheet through the foredeck fairlead to a cleat to stop the tack going up and the top of the leach twisting off around the forestay?
Thank you, it means a lot that people like yourself subscribe and takes the time to comment james, so thanks. At the start I was very particular about clipping on, towards the end as you point out I got lax. Must try harder 👍
Thanks for putting out such helpful videos, they are inspiring for those like me who have just bought their first boat. The Hebridean is one of my two self steering options and now you've got me looking at pressure cookers but I have to fit it all in a Corribee so I have to watch myself! Have a safe return and then let's twist again....
Just found your channel, the twister is a beautiful boat. Really enjoy your content, humour and presentation style. I've had power boats for a good number of years but really getting the itch for a yacht.
Thank you for taking the time to make and post these videos, I'm currently looking to buy a boat to take me on new adventures, I'm based in South Devon and found your content really helpful 👍
Well done on completing the Jester Azores Challenge and thanks for the videos. I enjoyed following your Garmin track to the Azores and back to the Scillies and I trust you got out of the Scillies before Storm Evert hit.
Loved it, superb footage of your storm jib in action. Just bought the gale sail ( the jib that sleeves over the furler without the need of an innerstay ) and the rollytasker storm try sail. Looking forward to further videos. Which video is the return to Blighty?

@@SVRoquetta All the best with that plan. Just found your videos, so will be looking through the rest of them. And thanks for the encouraging words.
What a great feeling it must've been to arrive there. Epic thing to have achieved. Great vid looking forward to watching the rest..
Thanks! Yes it was, surreal actually 😂
Well done! Lovely boat. Thanks for sharing 👍
Love the hammock recommendation. I am going to start looking into others that have done this. I've seen them above the deck, but not in the cabin.
Also need a bungee on it to stop it swinging around too much 👍

No I haven't, but I will now, thanks!
Nice video Justin, brings back great memories. And well done. Aint Twisters great,!
They are truly surprising little boats. Very fast at sea, very impressed with roquetta. It seems she was worth all the work
Looks like your boat handled trip very well.
Love your videos, and have huge respect for you. I wish, though, that you would secure yourself to the boat! Best wishes

Well done, good test of Roquetta,

Seriously cool! Bet that shower felt amazing. And a cold beer!!!
Yes it did! And the beer is cheeeeep!

I didn't publish it, it was a bit same same and I didn't want to bore people 😂😂. I will never sail without a trisail again, worth their weight in gold
