I've always thought of my 1982 Honda C70 Passport (Cub) as just a toy because it's so small, slow and low-powered. Now I see that even with 20 fewer cc, these little motorcycles are capable of carrying a rider and all his/her gear through amazing journeys in the far corners of the world. Please keep these videos coming. We're all traveling vicariously with you through your videos.
"It looks so surreal here, where am I!?" Sometimes, in the really remote corners of the planet the enormity of just how far away from home you are sets in, and you go through a euphoric sort of amazed disbelief that you ever got that far.
I agree but the long open spaces and too many shaky shots of the road. The things that make interesting videos are the characters you meet, more info on where you are more post production narration. You did not even show your gear your packing setup etc. Your microphone quality was bad so you could have added commentary afterwards. I am by no means a pro. You could also have mentioned and showed what you ate what you paid for accommodation and fuel. A man stopped you you paid some money we do not know what you paid for, you did not fully engage your viewers.
The fact that the block didn't crack when You rode the hot engine through that cold water (more than once) is a testament to how bullet proof those Honda Cubs were. I remember seeing a video where, as a test, a CB-50 was thrown off of a 3 story roof on to the ground. The fairing and wheels were damaged BUT the engine was still able to start and run. It is Japanese engineering at its BEST. Good Luck on your journeys. Greetings from Ontario, Canada.
I know this is an older comment, but wasn't that a British show? It's 5:30 am and I'm having my first cup of coffee before work, but I remember that episode. I remember that, but at this point of the AM I can't remember the shows name😮
