Always a trade off between firepower vs mobility in the sub compact side of the game. The XDS has a proven record of reliability in the .45 sub compact class. The grip safety does not seem to be a issue and I don't mind it. I feel quite confident with a .45 on target, that one round will stop whatever motion an assailant is doing to force me to use deadly force, in one shot. It recoils because thats a big old round coming out of a small firearm. That just me what I like. This Woman had some of the best shooting fundamentals I've seen on Utube. She is well trained and fundamentally sound. Great video. Thanks for your hard work.
This is what I have. You’re right. It’s not for everybody. It’s a hand cannon and takes some gettin use to. But this is my EDC. Easily concealable. Had some custom work done on it. Wouldn’t trade it for anything. Rangers lead the way. !
This is my EDC and other than the capacity I love this pistol relatively light/thin I have no problem carrying this gun every day. Not to mention I rock the Barnes TAC-XPD .45 ACP+P 185gr solid copper hollow point projectile that does 1,000 fps out of a relatively short barrel. I'll have to pick my shots and put them on target, but if i hit you, even in a place that's not going to "kill you" it's going to mess you up really bad...
I know I'm commenting on an old video but I noticed you're feeling the pain in your hand. I love my XDS but when I first bought it, my hand was feeling sore after the first 2 magazines. I installed a Pachmayr grip sleeve and it took all the bite out of it. I had to trim a bit from beneath the grip safety but it made a huge difference.
He reminds me of the pawn shop staff in the ATL. They open carry on the job and they've taken out people that try to rob them too. 45 acp is that OG round like 357 magnum. With your adrenaline pumping you would notice the kick. 🤣👌
I have a Walther CCP 9mm, and it's pretty snappy. I wouldn't even want to shoot a 45 APC that is around the same size as my Walther. That thing is a cannon for it's size. Thank you for the review!
I’ve had mine for 6+ years and love it…. Speed ran 100 rounds no issues, the recoil does take a little getting used too, specially with the smaller grip… no issues or complaints…
Good job !! Keep it up ! I love you ideas and enthusiasm.. don't let anyone change your mind. And don't let the sound of your own wheels turning drive you crazy. You do you and that's the most important. Your awesome 👌
Love listening to someone that knows their weapons, great video. Just purchased the XD45 subcompact mod 2 and anxiously waiting to try it out. Great shooting, excellent control.
That's a great idea Yok, you need to do a moving range shoot that would be excellent content, shooting a handgun or AR base rifle while on the move and its excellent practice.
You pretty much nailed it. I own one.. It is a good gun, but it is snappy. I do switch it out in my concealed carry. But don't have that much fun shooting it on the range. But it's definitely an affective gun.
Trying to understand. You are at the range holding a XDS with a an arrow pointing at it and you are showing a picture of me screaming NO! That's all wrong standing behind you I would be screaming YEAAAAAAA!
Nice compact carry with heaver round. 45 packs a punch I prefer larger mag capacity but looks nice red dot is cool. Was that a palm safety on the back of the lower receiver
Yeah I like Springfield guns I have the XDM and the XDS 9mm. Just not a fan of the XDS trigger it has a big take up before it hits the wall just like you mentioned. I'm thinking about putting the Apex trigger in it.
That's the same pistol that I own, and I love it. It's definitely a beast and I use hollow point rounds. I stepped up from a 9mm. I call him Lil' Joe and he goes with me everywhere I go. Easy to conceal on my person. I got to look into the Crimson Trace but if not, which do you suggest?
Super short 45 acp is asking for pain. Her hits where good. I have a 4 inch commander. I need to try. My 5 inch was great. But 3.3 inch, not in 45 at range. 😅
Your title explained it pretty well Crap. NO pistol should ever require the owner to take off the mag well just to make it somewhat comfortable. Personally, I like to think that the XDM's elite were designed on a Friday as the new years eve party was starting. (The All New Cheese grater grips) by Sprangfield Armory!! Best advice shoot one of friends before you lay down the bucks. I traded mine off and moved on quickly. Just because the built the thing, that doesn't mean its a good weapon.
I love my mod 2 it has been my edc for about 4 years now... I swapped out the original iron sights for a set of trijicon night sights and then added the viridian red laser... im either loading it with hornady critical defense or RIP hollow tips
Good pistol. Good round. Most calibers 9mm and up will do the job if you can hit where you're aiming. You seem to be hitting pretty well so .45 is good. 9 mm might be easier for follow up shots.
Nice shooting. Snappy or not, you control the muzzle rise very well. I just ordered one of these. I have the original version and it is a great little carry pistol. I usually carry with the 6 round mag so I can get a full grip.
I happen to love Springfield XD pistols. The 10mm variant is fantastic. Try the Glock 30S. Not as snappy as the Springfield. Simple mode of operation and more capacity with 10 rounds. Might like that better. Good stuff,as always, miss
@magno408_1 the Glock 21 Gen 5 has a longer slide. More reciprocating mass to soak up that recoil vs the smaller Glock 30, so the 21 doesn't recoil as much/not as snappy. Not as easily concealable but you can definitely shoot easier and more accurate with it.
I carry mine on occasions when I dress light. My only issue is the capacity I have an extra clip, but that only takes my total to 10 in both clips and I don’t like how it hurts my hand when I shoot it. I have big hands and little guns tend to hurt. It’s not a bad shooter. I just prefer my weapons with the larger capacity.
Another great, fun and very informative video on another firearm. Your husband/cameraman is the luckiest guy on this planet hands down. I haven’t seen all your videos yet but I will in due time and plus, I’m a very late subscriber to your channel because I just discovered your channel this year and throughout the couple dozen or maybe few dozen videos I’ve seen so far, I’ve see you tried out your new firearms at this gun shop/gun range that’s indoor a few times but this is my first time noticing that when you retrieve your target silhouettes that it’s a manual where you have to grab the handle then crank it in circles for your target paper to come back, instead of the motorized ones where you just flick the switch that’s located either to the left or right of you when you’re standing in the shooting stall where you place your firearm and also load up your magazines?
You had me cracking up on your introductory that little gun is not your favorite you like the challenge of a bigger gun it showed all over your face🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 get down Yoki👍🏿
Yoki, that is a little lite for a 45ACP 230 GRAIN round nose, the GI ROUND, the MAN STOPPER. You are pushing a brick out the barrel each shot. The 9mm projectiles are half that weight. So I am sorry about your finger, can you still cook and where are your shooting gloves? I know you can handle the hot grease and your hands are tough, but they are still lady hands. Lady hands as in soft and sweet and tender. I hope I don't have to talk to cameraman.... Anyway gloves and change the grip if you are going to shoot the "rougher" rounds. Soke that finger. 🎄🙏 🖖 🙏 😔 🙏 🙏 🙏 🎄
Springfield so underrated,most slept on
Agreed
The Springfield XD-S 45acp has been in my edc rotation for years. Easy to conceal but a banga!

She doesn’t stop 🛑 ❤❤❤
😂
The kick on this weapon is amazing, and it's small and compact, This is a definite buy for my wife. Love!!! it!!!!!

Hoooah!!!
Hooah!!! 🇺🇸
I agree with you about the power in such a short barrel, but I love the xds 45 and xds 9
I use the xds 45 for my personal carry, I think you did an amazing job shooting it.
I know I'm commenting on an old video but I noticed you're feeling the pain in your hand. I love my XDS but when I first bought it, my hand was feeling sore after the first 2 magazines. OG, yes.
I would love to see your collection hands down you’re on another level then most I’ve seen on youtube
she has them all on a video . if you scroll back on her channel
BOSS LADY IS BACK💪🏼💪🏼
I have a Walther CCP 9mm, and it's pretty snappy. I wouldn't even want to shoot a 45 APC that is around the same size as my Walther. That thing is a cannon for it's size. Thank you for the review!
You said it right! Kicks like a mule! But I love having that power in my hands!!!
I’ve had mine for 6+ years and love it…. Speed ran 100 rounds no issues, the recoil does take a little getting used too, specially with the smaller grip… no issues or complaints…
I own the 45 and 9 and like them both because they are small and easy to carry.
Good job !! Keep it up ! I love you ideas and enthusiasm.. don't let anyone change your mind. And don't let the sound of your own wheels turning drive you crazy. You do you and that's the most important. Your awesome 👌
And another BANGER 🔥🔥🔥
It’s only right 😊
I can't keep up with yall! Lol 😂 I love it 💯💯💯💯🙏🏽
If you want to extend the 5 and 6 round magazines buy the Pearce extension grip it works great!

YOKGANG 👍👍
My favorite all around carry
Oh boy what can I say another great video from Yoki
Saludos Yoki, Springfield .45 is very compact, Excellent

That's a great idea Yok, you need to do a moving range shoot that would be excellent content, shooting a handgun or AR base rifle while on the move and its excellent practice.
And I like that it's not too big. Small, easy to handle. Not all that recall. I see you. I'm going to work outbound ship ⚓
I'll make contact in the morning
Yoki keep the videos coming Happy Holidays Yokgang
Just bought mine! Love this piece.
You pretty much nailed it. I own one.. It is a good gun, but it is snappy. I do switch it out in my concealed carry. But don't have that much fun shooting it on the range. But it's definitely an affective gun.
You stay bringing the 🔥🔥🔥🔥 back to back! I'm trying my best to keep up with you 🙏🏽🤞🏽🥰🥰🥰
Saludos Yoki, that springfield .45 is very compact, and waooo the recoil kick's hard, but awsome, 👍👍
Just purchased mine today
Nice video but I don't prefer small 45s. I tend to lean toward the full size FNX 45 15rds.
That’s like shooting a s short barrel 357. Hold on tight !!!
Those small guns are a pain literally! Smh 🤦🏾♀️ love the video Yoki!
Xd 45
Easily the best compact semi out these
Every feature of this gun is just perfect
Trying to understand. You are at the range holding a XDS with a an arrow pointing at it and you are showing a picture of me screaming NO! That's all wrong standing behind you I would be screaming YEAAAAAAA!
Another amazing video Yoki keep doing your thing sweetheart!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I picked up the XDE 45 , it's a hand cannon for self defense.. Springfield is on point..
Nice compact carry with heaver round. 45 packs a punch I prefer larger mag capacity but looks nice red dot is cool. Was that a palm safety on the back of the lower receiver
Yes it definitely has the palm safety
And she won't STOP for anything.
Now Yoki this gun is more like me THEE 45. I like others you shoot but this is me.
Killing the game

Omg I bought this gun years ago when I was new to fire arms too much kick I gave it away
Yeah I like Springfield guns I have the XDM and the XDS 9mm. Just not a fan of the XDS trigger it has a big take up before it hits the wall just like you mentioned. I'm thinking about putting the Apex trigger in it.
Do yo thang Yoki
This is in my rotation. The other is the Shield 9 Plus. It’s hard to pick a favorite 🤩
The best in the game ❤
Love the fact that if you don't like it you just say so💯
I'm loving that compact pistol how much does that cost I need me a Christmas gift
VERY HARD HIT. GOOD SHOOTING WITH ALL THAT POWER COMING FROM THAT SMALL BARREL

Gang Gang 4Life The Baddest Female on RUclips salute to Mr. Dee
Yeah yoki get baby I'm all ready for 1000 more videos
Awesome honest commentary. Your mule analogy is spot on. How far out was your target? Very impressive.
5:30 the guy next to your lane is scaring me.
Yoki gone like tht kel tech p50 🔥🔥🔥
Yok da 🐐🚫🧢
EDC I love the snap..my wife like you not so much 😆Thank you for the review
Super short 45 acp is asking for pain. Her hits where good. I have a 4 inch commander. I need to try. My 5 inch was great. But 3.3 inch, not in 45 at range. 😅
Love the video. Was looking at the XDS .45 as my next edc.
Shits a BEAST!!!!
I love it wonderful video Hello Yoki 🤗🤘🏿🇨🇱🇭🇹

YOK GANG!!!!!!...keep em coming
i just traded for one. and i absolutely agree about the trigger, it's a terrible long creepy, finally goes off. trigger.
I love my mod 2 it has been my edc for about 4 years now... I swapped out the original iron sights for a set of trijicon night sights and then added the viridian red laser... im either loading it with hornady critical defense or RIP hollow tips
I love mine but it is pretty snappy!!!! ✌🏻💥💥💥💥
You shot that very well. My favorite gym carry gun. Put a Holosun 407k on mine.
Nice shooting.. I have the same pistol without the site.
Good pistol. Good round. Most calibers 9mm and up will do the job if you can hit where you're aiming. You seem to be hitting pretty well so .45 is good. 9 mm might be easier for follow up shots.
Happy Wednesday beautiful
You are amazing Yoki,😘
BONSOIR, LA SPÉCIALISTE DES ARMES À FEU, YOKI.
I carried this for years. Need that 9mm capacity though. Still take this on bike rides because you can't beat the tiny package
Wassup Yok Gang Hopefully Everyone is blessed and having a great week 903 checking
Xds 9mm mos is the best hands down with a light and a dpm recoil spring kit and boom 💥 ✨️ 👌 😎
I have the xds Springfield 40 caliber and it is snappy but I can handle it. And it's my everyday carry so I shoot a lot. But it's comfortable for me
I adore you to the core.
I did not know how to meet why in America or you meet me in Morocco.
Hello and welcome to my beloved and beautiful Morocco
Nice shooting. Snappy or not, you control the muzzle rise very well. I just ordered one of these. I have the original version and it is a great little carry pistol. I usually carry with the 6 round mag so I can get a full grip.
Can you tryout Taurus Model PT-24/7 PRO C DS .45ACP you won’t regret it THANKS YOKGANG ❗️💯💯
I happen to love Springfield XD pistols. The 10mm variant is fantastic. Try the Glock 30S. Not as snappy as the Springfield. Simple mode of operation and more capacity with 10 rounds. Might like that better. Good stuff,as always, miss

Non stop ❤💪💪👍👍
@yoki try getting composite rounds for the smaller firearms (ruger ARX) wayyy less recoil.. I have it in 40cal and 9mm..it does come in 45acp also..
I have the 1.0 XDS .45 and I shoot that lil pocket rocket pretty well, although I feel like I shouldn’t be.
Another great, fun and very informative video on another firearm. Your husband/cameraman is the luckiest guy on this planet hands down.
