Theyre so beautiful..I think when ive seen them listed they are pricey but well worth it when you look at the colours.Great info from your good lady as always. You're building up a fantastic collection in the fish room.I really don't see many pencilfish around when I visit the stores. These must be the most beautiful.
Thanks Phil! They are a bit pricey and sadly we lost four in the fist 24 hours so not sure if they are fragile compared to other pencilfish or we just got a couple of doge ones! Hopefully the other four will continue todo well and we can attempt some breeding 👍👍
@@AquadictionHello, can you please let me know if you managed to breed these and would you say they are easy to care for? Thank you in advance for your time.
@@andresp9020 not yet but they have been mixed in a community aquarium, funny enough though I only said yesterday I want to put these in one of our summer ponds next week (alone, no other fish) as i feel they will breed easily when left alone, stay tuned and ill def feature that in our next fish room tour coming soon covering the ponds! Really want these breeding and I think the pond that's teaming with live food and plenty of room will do the job!
You took the word right from my mouth stunning!all the fish you mention as tankmates so perfect! I want them all😍 thank you Anne Marie perfect and enjoyable presentation🙂💯⭐️
Thanks for the comment and support Jeff! We are trying to make the spotlights a bit more immersive with the globe and tank mates! If you have any constructive criticism or idea how we could improve more on these videos let us know as it helps 👍❤️
Aquadiction if I have any ideas I will deffinately send them🙂 I doubt very much i could ever give constructive criticism…you already have all the boxes checked for fantastic content! And at this time in my life , I feel the best support is positivity, I feel constructive criticism is a bit negative even on a good day. Thank you my mates, I so enjoy your channel🙂⭐️💯👍🏻
@@Aquadiction thankyou....since I have corial pencils which is the fish I am keeping for the 1st time...therefore was a little stressed. Thankyou. You helped!
@A100MilesYT glad to have helped! We also kept them in a mixed tank of long fin cherry barbs, Corydoras, drape fin barbs, Peru tetras without an issue, not sure if that helps at all though lol! Thinking of turning our fish room into a planted pencil fish room as they are a very special fish ❤️
@@A100MilesYT Thanks for the kind words bud, we are working our way around the fishroom and have so far reset 5 of the big ones as dirtied planted low tech setups, in-depth videos will be coming on them once all the plants have kicked in over a 6 month period :) Once we have finished the "makeover" your welcome to have a look, its getting there but very time consuming and expensive lol!

도움이 됬습니다 감사합니다 ^^
당신의 매우 환영 형제
Widow tetras are good with them?
I Can't think of any reason why they wouldn't be, we kept ours with Golden barbs which are larger and had no problems!

Def a bit pricey in the uk for such a little fish 👍
