Another lovely video, yeah life is all about living. There is so much to explore. I felt the same when I was 10 that we are alone in this world no matter what. We are living to put smile on others face without expecting anything back. Epicurus my fav philosopher says we need three things to be happy in life - friends, freedom, and an analyzed life. The Ted talk of Stephen Duneier will guide you to achieve your 5 year goals. Work out on your anxiety, I suggest to cut down or stop carb and sugar and limit caffeine intake to one cup in the morning. I am against drugs, smoking and alchohol intake but after a long research I find out one time intake in life of psychedelic drug LSD in smaller dose will help for anxiety, kills our ego and helps creativity. Never tried it yet but will let you know 😃. Cheer up, you going to have an exciting years ahead.
Epicurus has some great thoughts, and Ted talks are always fun, I tend to put them on in the background when I work on my computer. :) As for anxiety, it got bettter with age. I think living in North America contributes to a lot of it too, because the rat race encourages us to think always ahead, but never be satifised with what we have in the present. The more I live in the present, the more calm I find myself. Also, getting older has definitely helped 😂😉

Such a beautiful video. Totally agree that we need to look at life through the eyes of a child. Children are pure and innocent. And this allows them to be happy nearly all of the time. As adults we lose this. I'm looking forward to your "I turned 30" video!
thanks for wathcing and your comment!! It reminds me of that whole saying "we grow up, and try to get back to our youth." Also how young kids have time, but not money. When we get odler, we have money manybe, but not the time or health of our youth. So life is meant to be lived, enjoyed, and to stay present! :) I'm super thankful for where I'm at right now, so I can only imagine it will get better with age. I genuinely look forward to 30 😄
