Your daughter is really talented! I love her work. As a new felter, I have been learning a lot from your videos. Thank you for your work and please keep doing them. Although I am going a different direction, I find that I learn a lot from you.
Thank you for sharing your very busy day! I am exhausted just seeing all you do and make it seem effortless. Your daughter`s art is beautiful! Thank you for another great video.
Thanks Pippa. I don't know how you do it all. I think it shows that you have to be very organised and determined to run your own business and look after the family etc. As others have already commented, Emily's art work is amazing. She is very talented.
Thanks so much Nicola, sometimes it doesn't all fit in! Emily's work is so great, can't believe how she's progressed this last year, thanks for your lovely comment xx
Holy cow, I'm exhausted watching your day! I'm new to you channel and am enjoying all your videos, especially the business ones. I have a small craft business and you tips and information are all very much appreciated. Carla from NZ xxx
Thank you for your insightful busy day! Have recently found your channel and loving all the content. I'm a beginner and just about to get started on what seems an addictive handmade craft, so finding your videos very interesting. Lovely house by the way and so lucky where you live. Your daughter's artwork is amazing - very talented. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and tips & tricks - look forward to viewing more! 🙂🙂
Wow! Emily’s artwork is incredibly detailed and beautiful! She gets her artistic ability from her momma! I homeschooled my three children as well after a car accident left my older daughter and me with years of migraines - now mostly resolved. They’ve all graduated college and are married now. 😊
@@feltsbyphilippa all I've done for 2 days is watch your videos,I've just got my first starter kit so need all the help I can get. Is there any way of knowing what size my needles are without seeing any numbers etc on them? I just have needles with no info on them 😬
Hi, thanks for checking my videos out, you have to check with where you got them really, you can see the shape by looking closely, I will do a video looking at needles soon as this is a common problem. Triangular is the most typical shape and the size is how thick the needle is. You can tell thickness as you use it, thick needles may be harder to push into the felt but type of wool affects this too x
Wow Pippa, it’s amazing all you do in a day. I do feel lucky to consider the “discorders” friends as well, a nice tight knit group of wonderful support, all thanks to you. It is hard to rest when ideas keep flying into your head, but so longs as you are happy, that’s all the matters. ❤️
Yes, I think we all have so many things we want to felt and never enough time! Had a good Christmas and rested so feeling good to go, thanks for watching and all your support! Xx
What a very valuable insight into what it takes to have a home life and a two-fold business. Two fold as in crafting and YouTubing that is. Somehow you fit in craft fairs too! Your RUclips production is a high standard, very factual and immersive. Really good job, with reliable and diverse advice. Glad to have found your channel. All of your videos are worth watching through to the end. I’m going to watch your business video now for an insight of running a ‘work from home enterprise’. Thank you so much for quality sharing, top stuff!
It's good to know you find it all useful, I do work pretty hard at it but it's paying back now, hope you enjoy the business series and thanks for a really great comment x
What a beautiful home you have!! Thank you so much for your videos on needle felting - I am just beginning to learn this craft and am continuously searching RUclips for basic techniques and tips. I have found your videos most enjoyable thus far. Enjoy your day & I look forward to seeing more of your work!
Thanks so much for sharing a day in your life. My daughter and I watched this video together and felt like we could so relate. We homeschool as well and I work from home. And we love felting! You come across as very genuine and supportive, an expert of your craft :)
Thank you so much, that's really kind. It's such a juggling act but we are fortunate to be able to home school. It's lovely you both enjoy felting, thank you for watching and for making such a lovely comment xx
I'm so glad you are able to stay motivated and charged through the day. Emily is quite talented. Thank you for sharing her work with us. I have a full time job, but seeing what I can do to take my art and felting into retirement ( long ways off still). Thank you for sharing your experiences. Not sure if you have shared it already in another video, but are there video/voice set ups you prefer or software you like to use?
Thank you! Yes, it's definitely possible to do this and would be perfect for retirement. I do everything on my phone which is all in this video, it's a very simple set up, thanks for watching x ruclips.net/video/kVI0fcQnM0c/видео.html
Thank you for the video Pippa :) I actually purchased the starter Heidifeathers kit because of your video last year, and really enjoy your videos - you seem so lovely and down to earth! Really looking toward to more videos, hope you've had a good new year.
Thanks so much, glad you enjoy my channel and really appreciate you watching my videos, I do have lots of ideas for 2022 just need more time in the day! Take care x
One, I think your beautiful, two, for all that is on your plate, it’s amazing. Then have time to felt and do videos. I don’t know how you do it. I like the way you just talk and be yourself. You seem very down to earth and confident in who you are. I guess that’s just one of the reasons I like your videos. Again thank you for sharing your life and your amazing felting videos with us.

Thanks so much, it's been a learning curve but getting there slowly. Our little two are very hyper but they are such a loving breed, so cute, it's easy to see why people end up with lots of them! 🐾🐕
Thank you, So Much for sharing. I have stopped feting for now. it is too dusty (old house) 😒here also I have messed up my hand from Cleaning my mug. 😒 Also it is so dark here in Hampshire.
could you do a video about how to order and find things on etsy i find it really hard to find a place to buy the right wool for a highland cow i only have some small bits from the starter kits
If it's general wool for felting try an actual on line felting shop, UK I really recommend World of wool. I go to Etsy for locks for specific looks so I search white curly locks or similar. I am going to do a video on locks in more detail at some point so I'll definitely talk more in that x
I love needle felting but it can be hard because some days u can't be bothered doing it and just have no motivation but I've been pushing tho giving myself breaks as well tho love your content
Love the glimpse into your life, Pippa! I'm curious about the "approval" process with a company like Heidi Feathers. Is that a requirement because they sent you the kit for review rather than you reviewing a kit you paid for? Or is it just a courtesy that you do to thank them for the kit?
