did you see rent price difference between the first search in july and later in oct/nov? i heard rent goes down after sept. trying to see if i should wait till sept to look for an apartment. let me know. thanks.
Well, I want to move to Houston and all the vloggers say as a Con: Houston is full of bugs everywhere. The last one Dakota Shepherd is a nice apt, but what's up with the neighborhood?
I actually haven't had any bug issues! I typically hear about those issues in the suburbs, and I stay in the city so that could be why. The last neighborhood wasn't terrible but it didn't have what I needed surrounding it.
The only thing I could think of for pest control coming every week is probably cause the building is really big so they wanna make sure it don’t get out of control I live in a knew building in LA and the owner send pest control out every month and we have walk throughs every 3 months so I just look at it as the owner keeping up they property since they just had it build cause y’all know the first few years it be all good then it starts going down and they act like they don’t care no more 😂😂😂
Usually pest control comes on a specific day of the week for apartments to keep them on a schedule, but maybe you're right!
"I Don't Do NO BUG" LOL
My friend lives at the first place. I would definitely see if you can see a bigger unit because his apartment is pretty spacious.
I definitely will because I loveddd the actual complex.
I like the new apartment, the last one
I think it’s called a Juliet Balcony.
Girllll thats my main issue, the bugs..Im tryna find a modern affordable place with no bugs..And I want to sit on a comfy patio 😊
Same!
I’m so late but if pest control coming out every week it’s bc they have a bug problem. And you are in Houston so that’s not surprising.

It's not boring in Houston, Katy is like 30-40 minutes out so I'm not sure about out there.
i felt the same way when you said they come every week 😂 cause what?
Every week is crazyyyyy. No thank you 😂

What was the monthly price of the last apartment?
What's the name of the last complex as well as pricing if you don't mind?
It's Dakota at Shepard. I think it's was around $1500
