Incredible. I am retired from this after 40 years as a carpenter, home builder and commercial and concrete contractor. You even used some methods I wasn't familiar with, but I appreciate and know the incredible long hours this takes. I know there is a burnout stage when you never seem you are making progress and then it all begins to take shape and you get your second and third wind. Congratulations on your hard work, you will always be able to take care of your family! I became a pastor in the middle of it all and never took a salary because I could do this. You guys are amazing. Blessings on you!

@Todd m ok bro..I've actually built and renovated custom houses. I know what I'm talking about. I'm just saying it's easier and cheaper to build a new house than renovate this factory. And finding a hipster client like that is harder than you think. You obviously don't know this field.

@Todd m Omg bro, why are you so angry? 😂 I am just stating facts and I don't really care what your opinion is (you have no experience). You should really learn to read. I did not say they can't do it. I said it's harder and more expensive. Maybe they can turn a profit. Maybe they will use that space for their business (the video itself would help them recoup money). But it will be much harder to sell.

If it's really abandoned and not bought, then they just scored a gem right there. Although i'm guessing that in every country, even if a building is abandoned, you still need to pay for the land or something like. They weren't hasty about it, which is why it took 2 years to renovate and now they are in a win/win situation. If in the future they wanna sell this place, it's gonna be easily worth 5 times more what it was. Basically "Arbitrage".

Unfortunately brick is gorgeous but it really doesn't have any insulation and brick houses are very expensive to keep temp regulated which costs a lot. Plus the fact that it would continue to crumble and potentially cause wall integrity issues, they probably considered it but it's hard to do

Yeah they could have left a wall or 2 for sure. It's not hard. Especially with the size of this structure. Could have insulated the outside of the brick and left an internal wall there. Not a big deal. I hope there is some in the reveal video or else this was a sad reno in my book...
