Hi John, happy to hear that video has helped. If the glass and panel is already in your new door and you are only removing the old door, (and moving over the door handle to the new door), then something you will do within a couple of hours (maybe faster if all goes to plan). If the glass and motor/mechanics are already in the replacement door then you don't have to worry about the fiddly bits and should be straight forward. Let me know if any of the stages are a concern and you need more info and I will give you some pointers. Good Luck with your door swap:)

Great video, how long would you say it takes just to swap a door over that’s got the glass and panel already in it
