The members of the Ethics Committee probably have one of the hardest jobs in the entire Foundation for that reason.

I really love the grainy at-a-distance look at the Guardian. Althout this video doesn't really fit the Insurgency's MO. It seems more like what a different GOI would do-after all, the garden is the serpent's place.
