- Got some goodies in the mail for the camera and finally upgrading to LED switchbacks for the front of the KIA turn signals. this was actually a fun "how to do" task in replacing the bulbs. It definitely does make a huge difference.

I bought some switchbacks from Lasfit which said they didn't fit any model of Kia Optima, I didn't know when I ordered it but when they did come, I found they fit if you just add a little bit of pressure. They look amazing
If you're doing this in the year 2023, take the clips and bolts from the top of the bumper, take that trim piece off the top, and un hook the bumper from the support
Subie can you provide details on the front air dam. I race at COTA and this would be an significant upgrade for me.

The fog lights can be changed without taking off the bumper. You just have to go under the bumper and remove a panel.
If u watch the video to the end, he does have a hyper flash issue. You can wire in a resistor or they do make plug and play resistors, not sure if Kia has plug and plug or not ...my envoy does. Thanks.
@K5_Lou i have a 2013 kia sxl and bought some switch back bulbs but for some reason i need the bulbs that have the singel prong thing, i got the 1157 they have 2 prongs on the bottom not one ): what bulbs did you buy and what resistors?

Anybody knows how to make your turn signal be your DRL for Canadian Optimas? I know how to disable the high beams from being DRLs, but I would like to make my turn signals with the switchbacks to be my DRLs (single filement with white color of course), only change to amber when signaling is happening.
The reason both sides flasher bulbs are flashing when you activate the drivers side you did not install load resistors
