You forgot to show the most important part, how to route the cable into the car… 🤦🏽♂️
I mentioned it but recording it is too difficult. Mainly comes off the side door grommet into the surrounding panels. Passenger routed under the glove box. Driver side routes under the steering wheel. Zip ties and that's it. Camera angle is too tight to capture all that.

Yes. Pain in the rear but yes.
Exactly. I think the version I seen where they open the door panel and connect the wire to the door controls for power is a lot more professional looking.

Feel like you skipped over the hardest part of the installation. How did you get the wire from the door back into the car?

Did you just show the two doors as an example and the “how to”… but 26 feet would be enough to cover a ton of the interior, no? How much do you end up cutting off/losing? Just received this today, and your video is invaluable. Thank you 🙏🏼
Some of us would assume this would be a our job tops. But some door jams have custom harnesses instead of a simple rubber grommet of which will require drilling. In my opinion not worth it if you have a newer vehicle. But awesome video in regards to the product and what it looks like
How did you get the optical cable inside the plastic holder?? Been at this for hours and there's no way
thought that theres a actual fiber optic cable that you suppose to feed through that strip . thats just routing strip to secure the fiber optic cable man. Just a heads up. it will look alot cleaner and brighter with the fiber optic use which you can buy seperate
How exactly did you run the diode electricals back to wherever they get their power? Where DO they get their power? From the cigarette lighter?

How do you cover/block parts of the plastic strip in places you don't want to see the light, like on the edge of the door panel after the 90* bend upwards?

@@BoostedWhipz ...I figured it could be something as simple as black tape, but I thought there could be a better way, especially if you have a gray or beige interior. then I guess depending on what color your door panel is will depend on the color tape you need to track down...or just be content with the part of the strip that sticks out....

I was wondering how you did pass the wire through from the door panel to the cigarette socket, I am trying to do it myself and I don’t know how I can hide the wire from the cigarette socket to the door panel 🤦🏾♂️
Were all your power cords (projectors) the same length? Should the longer ones go in front or back?

When I connect my plastic tubes to the main light module, there is no light visible through the tubes even though the main light module things has lights in them. Can you please help me with that ?
Gotta contact the vendor you bought from. I wouldn't know.
U have to use remote control every time or they start automatically with turn on the engine?
If you leave the main power set to ON it will turn and off with engine since its an accessory.

Yes.
Do these work for trucks? Specifically 2011 models?
It's a universal kit. Works on everything. What you need to determine is if the included fiber is long enough or if you need more.

In my accord, I ran mine under the door floor panel and under the seat. I was most comfortable with this so the cables are nowhere near the pedal and brake.

It is possible to link and control multiple devices at the same time within the Lotus Lantern app. This is a question I had when I bought two separate lighting devices.
I couldn’t find the answer to this question anywhere. I was happy to find out this was possible when my devices arrived.
These are terrible. Spend the money on the symphony RGB. I wasted so much time installing these only to find out they get way dimmer as they get farther from the light source.

My kit came with a wire and the one that you installed do I have to use both put the wire inside of the one that goes into the panels like you did which is better or wsid

Where do you hide the cords?
More than likely behind the door panel, through thr rubber boot, either under the carpet on the floorboard or tucked under the dash routed to the 12v.

Same problem, they are not that bright enough if the cable is over 1 meter long

You could if you know how to.

... why not splice the main harness (12v cig plug) into the lights fuse slot with an add-a-fuse...it will help keep wires out of sight and it will turn on with your lights...yes, some cutting and splicing is necessary, but in the end it will look cleaner.

I wanted to but panels and location are a bit of a challenge. I do have underglow.
@@BoostedWhipz lol that’s the only reason I haven’t got the car yet. I was thinking about the stinger, but I love the g70 a bit more. I know I can install some under the footwell but I want them in my door panels as well.

Can you tell me how to do the same with cars that has leather interior, it’s easy to insert the fiber optics through the plastic frame gaps on the door, but with leather it’s difficult to do it and it keeps coming off
Each car is different gotta find the best method.
