In 2nd lockdown I had faced such problem then I went to doctor and removed xray and took proper medication from doctor and started at home and then I few weeks I got rid of this pain . I used to cry day and night for that pain . Slowly slowly my mother used to me sit . I did not forget those painful days . I still rub ice there and whenever I sit in scooter i hold the back handle and sit because of the jerk also there little pain starts so I put ice and keep soft pillow while sitting so that I don't have any problem .

I am sujan kafle 28 year old female from Nepal having problem of coccydenia since 7 month . I have visited many doctor . I have taken dexamethasone starting from 32 mg with tapering dose to 6 mg as MRI shows subchondral edema with spur in 1st and 2nd vertebra as I had slip while walking
Now , I have not follow up doctor in Nepal as my Nclex exam is near but pain has not gone away . I am tired of standing while reading so I sat down for a while which gives me so mch pain in my coccyx . Please reply
