It wasnt, perez was behind so max won soo much the redbull drivers werent anyway near competitive

@@Saylessteal26gotta be pretty competitive to beat every other team and driver on the grid. Max being 40 seconds ahead and still worrying about having the fastest lap. Red bull was the definition of competitive this season.

@@callmeshaggy5166yeah the win % is a really great one to beat. Never thought anyone could be this dominant to win that much but also that the car is so super reliable that it never failed. It's the two things combined that makes this the one record i though couldn't be broken. Such a amazing season from RB and Max. Legendary!
Especially with a growing calendar!!! 6/8 is impressive, especially in those death-traps, but in modern times, a driver winning at least 6 of the 8 consecutive races has happened multiple times which is what makes this 19/22 even more impressive. I don't think it'll be broken any time in my lifetime by any other driver apart from Max in 2024/25.
Now its time to get those records from the most overrated driver ever 😈
He broke the 71 years old Ascari win rate record, in a season where it has almost thrice the amount of races. Just Unbelievable! Schumacher & Clark came close to it, but I doubt there will be someone who could overtakes it considering the amount of races per-season kept increasing. Yet here we are
gotta praise Honda as well. powering both MP4/4 and RB19.

Anyway all haters moan about Max's dominance are equivalent to moaning about what they haven't got. They all act like there aren't 2nd and 3rd places to look forward to other than 1st.
You have to look at the sport as a whole. Because clearly there's still competition.

I started watching in 2020, and witness max win his first championship on my birthday in 2021 . I love this team , I love the drivers , I love the brand . Redbull is just reaching heights no one has ever had in and outside the track . Regardless of what ANYONE says , the results don’t lie . Let’s go bulls !!!!!

Red Bull never had the most powerful PU in any of their title winning seasons, they always won by making a good car. Incredible team, the greatest customer team in the history of F1.
The Honda PU is the best on the grid right now, next to the Mercedes. Incredible considering how terribly Honda did when they entered the V6 Turbo-Hybrid era.

Granted, if he wasn't there others would have placed higher but that's only them getting points between 10-7th most of the time 😂

We have the added bonus of the final lap at Abu Dhabi 2021 being the most epic in F1 history. A lap that people will be watching one hundred years from now. Welcome back to reality.
I have been watching F1 for decades. I will never agree with what happen in Abu Dhabi. It was obvious to me and to many others that the fix was in.
The rules were broken. People got fired. Those are the facts.

There were 5 teams consistently fighting for podiums. Before these regulations, there were only 3 teams consistently fighting for podiums. Also the unexpected rise of McLaren, the unexpected rise and fall from Aston Martin, the unexpected second in constructors championship from Mercedes, the rise and fall of drivers, and so much more. So not boring at all in comparison to the previous regulations. And the statistics are still showing growth. Only not as much as previous years.

And considering the statistics, the sport is still growing. Only less then previous years. Search "is F1 losing viewers?" On Google. Seems to me you have a selective bias.
