- The neighbors thought I was crazy to mow this lawn for free, sorry I didn’t get their reaction on camera, and the non English speaking lawn crew that showed up when I was almost done looked super mad that I was mowing.
Your not crazy, your a man with a huge heart, that will stop and give a random dog a cool drink of water! That separates you from most, God bless.

The little house you tackled definitely needed your skills and immediately you can see the improvement. Liked your use of the hedger on the tall stuff, including in the driveway. Good choice in removing the dead bushes in the front, took out the "dead or dying" aspect from the home. That was smart recognizing the dog needed water. The gutter work you did really added to the sharpness of the property. You absolutely changed that place, and neighborhood. Thank you. You have chosen good equipment for yourself, that allows you to do a lot of helpful work. Before and After photos showed the change.
It is o.k. to find out you have conditions that are not doable (heat, needing more powerful equipment) as for the church you attempted. My recollection is that several people, as Brian of Top Notch, Spencer's, have gone out and rented the next level of equipment for major work. In one case, Brad of Coppercreek, it was a Ventrack with overhead canopy, that had to have helped fend off Florida's sun rays as well as took out small trees. Renting means you have what you need without having to buy it for rare uses. If you videoed the church location, it could still be viable as a shorter teaching tool. What you attempted, what you found out and why you decided you would need other equipment to be able to do a job in a reasonable time and health frame.
This is another place that could be a doll house. My willingness to help others depends on their willingness to help themselves. My willingness to help animals is endless. Another fantastic job Josh. You’re such a treat to watch and a very caring man. ❤

It really helped the look of this property, limbing up those tree limbs. I can't imagine working in 110°.It's supposed to be 85° here. I make sure all my outdoor chores r done b4 noon. Hydrate my friend! Your Oregon Viewer.

Nice job! You are so correct about that poor dog. Don’t leave your animals in a situation that you wouldn’t want to be left in. I have a screened in porch that my cats love. When it gets too hot or cold, I make them come inside.

I'm sorry things didn't work out for you at the church but this house was a good alternative. It's so satisfying to see a really overgrown yard cleaned up. You did a great job. I just wish you had been able to haul away that pile of debris. And thanks for giving the dog some water. At least he was in the shade.
If it was a lot cooler out I would try, seriously estimating that one to be about a 2 day job for equipment I have, way to much in this heat.

Hi Josh, Yes it is wayyy too hot all over the place. I see you instigated some guilty neighbors into mowing their own yards, as you were working on that one. Hispanic lawn crew, they were mowing 3 on that street, and I think they were pissed that I was mowing that one, they looked very hateful. Maybe I stole their job accidentally, I tried to talk to them but apparently none of them spoke English.

I think that you are a treasure for your community. No one asks you to clean up these eyesores but you want areas to look groomed and keep out the unwanted rodents. Keep doing what you are doing!
You keep doing your good deeds and you'll soon get enough followers to earn that equipment to do the bigger projects. The neighbors are probably quite glad you did this smaller one....they obviously hadn't pitched in to take care of it.

One of my grown sons hasn’t left yet, everything is so high $, one just got into driving semis, and I’m thinking of joining him. Way to much competition from illegals, not saying it to be rude, but it’s true. The lawn crew that showed up at the end of video was mowing 3 on that street and looking at me hateful like I was stealing jobs, I tried being friendly and talking to them and none of them spoke English. I’ve gotta get into something easier, I’m gonna be to old for this before I know it. It’s definitely not getting any easier the older I get. And also way to many lawn channels now.
Josh hear to in Toronto we have subdivisions full of new immigrants, they don't seem to care if there properties are are kept up,maybe not a priority for them or just don't know how, but it makes it very sloppy looking, ashame. We don't have any YOU TUBE free service like you , we sure could use you.
I guess you'll decide if this works is a bit to much, I don't know your age but you look strong and healthy and Dame good.
