hello everyone today we randomly met the project owner of this house. The owner shared with us a lot, this project has been built since 2009 and has not been put into use until now and has been abandoned for many years, he shared his desire to help us clean up the conversion so that homeless people can come here. Through sharing, we know that this project was built with an investment of about 2 million USD, but it has encountered many difficulties so it has not been able to complete the whole thing. We have accepted to help clean this house because after cleaning can help many homeless people have a better and safer place to live. Thank you everyone and please tell us about the mistakes

All of the houses in the back ground looks just like the one you are working on. So that leads me to believe that no one lives there in all of those houses.

I think this is a "REVITALIZING THE SUBDIVISION" project because it is too structured to be considered an old community. It appears that these houses were built for sale, but the project might have had to be put on hold...now, they are pushing it. Visually, it is not an average house, judging from the one across the street, too. I hope they can rebuild it. It's such a waste to leave these houses in dire state.

All I can think of is that all of these 50-60-70-100 years deserted homes, are perhaps from the wars in Vietnam including the U.S. . But the greatest blessing is you Red Shoes and Snappy!! You work with ideas, I love how you trim the trees then walk back look to see if it's okay. Thank you for your contribution to your country and its people.
No guy you can see what's happened in this video i doubt these houses are more than ten years old...at least 6+ of the houses around this one were all in the same state so likely a developer went bankrupt while building them and they were never finished you could also see the for sale signs on some of them so this clean up might well help sell them...

é dificil manter uma propriedade como está sempre limpa e organizada parabéns amigos pela perseverança em manter a limpeza nessas casas eles são muito bonitas, a limpeza e o cuidado de vocês as tornam ainda mais bonitas que triste estarem abandonadas.

A ride on mower would be great and save them a lot of work but i believe they use scooters to get around so they need a small truck as well as a mower

I wonder where you guys are working. I couldn't help noticing that all of the houses in the area are in the same condition and appear abandoned.
I just read off the red banner on the house and they are in Vietnam (I haven't watched their other videos yet to determine exactly where they are) but I'm guessing South Vietnam as of this video. The banner reads "(in white font) For Sale, Purchase or (in yellow font) Rental"@42:24.

Потому что самострой. Сначала начинают строить и в процессе не могут юридически оформить ... или земля не подходит по назначению, или ещё какие заковырки. Теперь врут что вложили миллионы в эти недострои в надежде вернуть вложеное с хорошим наваром.

it is strange that it is abandoned. It is a big house. It looks like other houses are also bad in that neighborhood. Maybe it is storm damage and people can not live there.
We assume that they are after the war (s) deserted homes. Vietnam.
I think it was a developer who went broke...all the houses were more or less the same construction and all seemed unfinished....sad but not uncommon..
@@wildfire160 yeah lots of developments in Florida that had the streets made in the 50's 60's but no houses.. then drug cartels used those roads to land piper cubs loaded with drugs in them during the 70's 80's..

Another transformation - well done - what do you find most often in the verges you cut is it cigarette packets or plastic bottles or sac a poo poos? I liked how you covered over the gap in the gutter to make it safe. This house does look good now. Regards.
