Amazing information here! I just took my filters Pilates Reformer introductory class and let me tell you EVERYTHING you said within this video is true. I left feeling energized. My posture improved instantly, I am conscious about how my body moves and my core. I feel stronger, and my spinal pain is bearable. I hate I didn’t opt to try Pilates earlier in life cause had I done so I probably could have had more longevity in my career. One of my primary reasons for leaving was the fact that performing the day to day functions had. with my body down. Now I feel so restored. Breathing differently and I slept like a baby the night of my Pilates class.
Started back in Pilates about 3 months ago! I testify to feeling like Iam in my 20’s again!!! Iam almost 50 and was feeling so stiff! Best advice was to incorporate Pilates daily for 20 minutes!!!
since I did pilates, the cracking sound on my pelvic bone when I carry it (work out action like bicycle ) was gone. I think this is because of flexibility and proper form gained from pilates

I got into pilates and yoga, both for the flexibility balance and strength and just to feel good
Pilates cut my neck pain by 50% I started with standing Pilates 20 min then moved on to longer sessions
