I have a dumb question? Is working out with Resistance Bands a form of Pilates training?

No such thing as dumb questions! Sorry it's been so long - I took a break from RUclips for a few weeks. Because a workout uses a resistance band, does not necessarily make it Pilates. However, Pilates does use resistance bands to help dive deeper into certain exercises - such as the roll up or leg circle. Using a resistance band can help mimic exercises done on the reformer too - such as footwork and rowing. It's a great prop to use at home while doing your matwork.
