2012 f250 Tie Rod End and Tape Measure Alignment

here I have bad tie rod that seemed to make the steering wheel jerk sometimes.

How to get that upper one out with the long ball joint the drag link end it hits that sway bar
Unthread it from drag link to remove ?

Is there any tricks to the clamps? Working on one currently and the clamp is so tight I can't turn it with a channel lock

I have had some freeze up and heating it up always helped and penetrating oil too
