Ahh, "Someone's been murdered!" right after brutally cutting down that "someone" themselves and then following it by having idle chatter while standing ON the body just never gets old!

I have such fond memories of this game, the soundtrack brings it all back, I played the game upto 250 hours over a whole winter with wind and rain lashing on my windows but I was tucked up in the warm with this game, great times!
It is. Has great quests and quirky humor and you feel like you make a difference in the world and people notice it. Guild quests are really good especially the Thieves and Dark Brotherhood. Also the gladiator arena line where you end up with the Adoring Fan annoying you with his worship but is funny as hell. You can even kill him endlessly and he still comes back to offer you backrubs. And you don''t even have to bother with the main quest. Just go though breaking the siege of Kvatch by closing that one gate then storming the castle and never ever speak to Martin. Speaking to him cues the game to plant oblivion gates all over. So just ignore him and go around being The Hero of Kvatch. That way you only ever have to close one boring oblivion gate. No more spawn.
The funniest way to kill guards in my opinion is to go to the palace around 9:00 AM, where everyone starts walking around the palace, or around 8:00 PM when shopkeepers leave for the Arboretum, pickpocket a palace guard, resist arrest and have him whack you in front of the NPC's to start a massive riot. This however requires you to have a high enough fame to make you liked enough by everyone, and have a a lot of defense health and a good restoration spell, for guards will likely focus on you for the entire riot. The aftermath of the riot should lead to NPC's disposition dropping to a low enough point to attack the NPC who possibly murdered the guards.
"Without bounty" Also one that I usually do to get guard armor is ride the unicorn, fast travel to the city of which guard armor I'd like, then draw my blade which aggros the unicorn, then the guard is usually killed by it
you can also drown them with fatigue poisons, although it requires a decent aclhemy level. Start a fight, poison them with drain fatigue, get in the water, lead them under a boat or a jetty, and wait until they fall asleep. They will drown. Even though they tend to go take a breath when they need it, it is not very hard to perform, they are very willing to get you even under the water.
Got to give it to those two fighting guards, they didn't care one wit that each of them had quiver's worth of arrows in their torso until the very end.
What? I didn't know you can assign potions as well to your quick bar... It is so convinient this way to poison your waypon strike after strike, and shot after shot :O
For the ultimate flex you should supply a guard with poison and then frenzy him to make him fight another one, then after he kills him you make him fall from a bridge.
In some games. That is the way you got to do it. Fallout 4 is like that. When you got some crazy strong monster or enemies coming at you and you go into a main town like Diamond City, then you hide, they go berserk, and then everyone in town wipes the floor with them. I had a ranger build years ago that could one shot anyone as long as i was sneaking. Two shots for Dragon with no bonus damage...... Right in the first village there is an archer trainer you can get as your companion an have access to his money when you do so you can level up to 15 with him for free an only takes 20m of game play. Add a few poison herbs an worship the right shrine an you're pretty much invincible from the start

Otherwise guards under the influence of frenzy only react when summoned Daedra/Undead are nearby. For example, the scamps from the Staff of the Everscamp are sufficient for guards to attack each other. However, a command spell works without any problems.
Secondlast wouldn't possibly work without certain mods. The last one isn't really about guards killing guards. Those foresters do this to others all the time. Overall nice and funny, I like it.
No, I don't use mods. It's normal in oblivion that everyone who likes you is at your side. But this is not the case if the others belong to the same fraction. For example: Guards prefer to support other guards even if they like you more. However, they will fight each other if one of them kills a non-hostile creature (for example, a friendly npc or a deer) or if they accidentally hit each other in battle.

summon creature and attack it, i wonder if guards would help.. if not, there are summons who shoot spells - stand behind guard so spells hit him

Easiest way is use frenzy. It won't even give you a bounty and the next guard will say good evening citizen
Frenzy doesn't work against guards. Neither does Command humanoid as far as I know.
@schnellerhering6621 works fine everytime I've used it. Custom spell 100 frenzy 120 feet 100 seconds. Everyone attacks everyone and no bounty

What circumstances arose that caused the two imperial guards to fight each other in the last segment?
If one of the two shoots a non-hostile deer, the second guard rushes to the deer's aid.

As you can see from the description, it's about avoiding the 1000 gold bounty that you get for killing a guard (and also the infamy points).
