Great job!! I love real Christmas trees. Twenty years ago, my hubby had the foresight to plant Christmas trees on both sides of our house. He planted both balsam and Fraser firs. Every year, the kids helped him pick out the Christmas tree, cut it down and bring it into the house. Our oldest is 21 and still loves picking out the tree.

Sorry. My second FULL time job is cleaning lady ...in addition to my first FULL time job as a nurse midwife. With three dogs , who think I have brought in indoor plumbing for them when I get a real tree, and the fact I have to do all the vacuuming.... an artificial tree it is.

While I would love a real christmas tree, I'm stuck using artificial so long as my mother lives due to her pine allergies. Needless to say, I'm not in a rush to use the real thing.
