Easy Creamy Spinach Recipe using flour and milk

This is my go to delicious and easy creamy spinach recipe using flour and milk. This is definitely an on a budget recipe using simple pantry ingredients
Ingredients
-200g store bought chopped spinach
-1 TSP crushed garlic
-2 TBSP Melted butter
-2TBSP Hot water
-2 TBSP Flour & quater cup milk for "cream"
-Half onion
-Salt & pepper for seasoning
- Half cup milk
