fabulous! as a Californian, I've always stayed away from seafood boils....I was under the impression that the seafood was boiled for a LONG time and so I figured it was all rubbery and gross and just something New Englanders do cuz their weird! But now, I see it differently thanks to you all....... and it is really a quick preparation for a crowd! (although boiling water when its 108F outside still doesn't sound all that appealing, LOL)..... Coming from the biggest plum producing US state, do we have plums!.... cannot wait to make the galette!

My niece makes these seafood boils but then drizzles a garlicky, buttery, Cajun spicy sauce over the top and it sooooo delicious.
Seafood is quite traditional for Christmas in Australia. This might be a fun take on it (although would miss that char on the prawns from the BBQ)

I don’t eat shell fish but was wondering if this could be made with like cod loins, tuna steaks, salmon maybe. If so, would you have times for the fish?
