The joy of watching this video is you and your father together enjoying each other's company. A bonus is that he handles his shotgun remarkably well! Congratulations!
just bought my first 20 gage an orion o/u - can't wait to shoot it at the trap range tomorrow.. I feel like a kid waiting to play with his Christmas toys..
joe Minichiello Naturally I couldn't agree with that more wholeheartedly. You have to do it while you can, for you never know. Things can change in a hurry and in my case . . . well, they already have. randywakeman.com/DuaneWakeman12272014.htm . No regrets, it was all a great privilege.
randywakeman.com/TheAllAroundShotgun.htm . . . the pic is a young me, with my 20 gauge High Standard Supermatic Trophy. Crummy gun, mostly a single shot, but it did the job on pheasants for many years.
I really enjoyed watching you and your father enjoying shooting together, awesome video and great review I also have a question, I'm going to buy an O/U shotgun and can't go mor than 1000$, I hope if I can get an advice from you sir
It all depends on what you want to do with it. $1000 is a very difficult price level for an O/U, you'll get more gun for your money with a pump or an autoloader. The Weatherby Orion 1 can be had for less than $1000 and is a decent O/U: www.gunbroker.com/item/743416390 .
Randy and Chuck tell it like it is - if it's ugly, sh*tty, has a crap trigger, or if it's like toting an anchor or swings it like a 2 X 4 - Randy and Chuck will tell you so.........

I keep telling him I'm in a rut. Fifty years ago I was breaking clay pigeons with the very same guy. It is half a century unmarred by progress.
Great style of reviews, love your channel.
Much appreciated!
Great shooting Randy, your Dad is no slouch either!

Good shooting! Always a good when you get to shoot with pops!
Really appreciating this video. Great shooting.
Hello Randy. Is that SA-08 you’re shooting a 26 or 28 inch barrel? I believe it’s available both ways.
26 inch.
Thank you.
Thank you for the review. What choke (brand and constriction) were you using in the benelli? Thanks again.
A Trulock Precision Hunter Modified.
Randy Wakeman Thank you sir.
Would the Benelli be a good first gun for a youth, or is the recoil too stout?
I'd go with a gas gun.
Thanks, Randy! I figured I'd try to give my kids a softer start than I received on an old Ithaca M-66 SuperSingle in .20 gauge.
