the video may be great but the airline itself is not. i remember flying united with my parents, and they forced the 3 of us to sit separate from one another and when we complained to the head flight attendant he was like "sorry, we can't do anything about it. life sucks." and then another flight attendant told us that we can either pay them an extra $150 to sit together or get off the plane. united, i hope some day you guys receive instant karma for unjustly scamming your customers!!!
