Fallout 4 and PC ressources

For this clip i clean out Nukaworld with the Minutemen Mod, so tons of raiders fight with 100 minutemen. Take a look at Mangohud upper left, you can see that the ressource use for Ram and Vram is limited through the game itself. My opinion is, that was done for console players.
