Hi buddy, great review. I wish one of the manufacturers would produce a new tooled hampden as this is one of my favourite aircraft .

You and me both, a well overlooked aircraft

What a great review, Phil and Matt could do some new model releases, I like your attitude toward scale modeling. I live in Canada and have bought a couple books, the shipping for kits is a lost leader, Please, develop more range and subjects in books

Matt: When you do a review and then a build with your after-market magic, it would be good for Phil new releases, more reviews between two master modelers.

I am looking forwards to the build videos with you and Phil on these two models - they both scare me just looking at them!

Thanks for that review Matt, a favorite of mine too. You have encouraged me to tackle the Hampden, which I have had since it was introduced. Looked for the Cowls for the Pegasus engine but cannot find them on the website shown on the packet header in the video, can you help please? Might follow the Halifax build also, being a glutton for punishment!! will be watching your build with interest, good luck!

Hi, I picked them Hannants a while ago but it looks as though they are now sold out.

I have heard that exhaust called a Christmas tree exhaust but that could just be a Canadian thing

Buildable, but needs very large amounts of fettling, patience, experience.

I've got both this and the Halifax. There are 3rd party decals available for both, which is lucky for me as the two decal sheets in my Halifax had welded together face-to-face!

How close to the Wellington's prop size is it ? You get a spare set in that 🤔

The tissue paper is probably for you to cry into when building this one! 😁
