Beautiful work. FW190 certainly wasn’t Winning any beauty contests. There were a few flashes of the broken cross in there from 13 min to 16 min, hope that doesn’t upset the YT algorithm.
Worst part of the video: “well, thanks for watching this episode!” … stunning work Rahmi … thank you for your effort to bring good content to us! You are the best
I used to make model planes as a teen back in the 1990s, used to hate painting, used to slop it on thick with a brush lol. Randomly started watching model RUclips channels recently and am blown away by the painting of the models, the airbrush, the techniques etc, pure art. Makes me want to take up the hobby again.
Back when these kits came out, they ALWAYS sold out immediately. The story was that Tri-Master was 3 Hasegawa employees who wanted to go out on their own. The kits were light years ahead on anything else mass produced. The plastic was great, the engraving was always fantastic, the p/e was well thought out, and workable, and the white metal (usually landing gear and exhaust stacks) was okayish (I always stuck to the plastic). The ONLY kit that I ever saw that had resin was the TA-152C, and, it was a last ditch effort. The wings were cast in resin. Mine were horrible- short shot, with huge holes, and warped to hell. BUT, that was the only kit that wasn't a home run. Some people say the 152 H is a fiddly, difficult model. It may well be in the re-box, In the tri-master boxing, it was a great build, as long as you stuck to the instructions. You have done a great job on yours! Thank you for sharing! If you look closely, look at where the cockpit is, in relation to the wings. The DB-603 was a HUGE engine, and pushed the cockpit WAAAY back! It must have been a special challenge to get in and out of that plane, especially with a full parachute and other high altitude gear!
Actually the real plane the cockpit is in its standard place for a FW-190...the wings are new and longer the nose is stretched longer from the firewall forward and the fuselage was stretched by I think it was 10 to 14 inches between the cockpit and tail (bout the same spot you see a lot of people painting the white stripe on the body)... Kurt tank pretty much built the best version of all the FW 190s but it was expensive and so you see the Dora 9 (Dora was were they found stability issues at high altitude and made the fuselage longer) version more while very similar didn't have all the advanced features of the TA 152 Hope this bit of info helps
I have an original Trimaster kit from 1989. I think it's outstanding for it's day. The engine is superb. One day I will build it. Great show and great content!!!!!
I built this some years ago - I actually left part of the hood open since the engine provided is nice. I’m not a brilliant modeler, but it came out nice and was a lot of fun. A beautiful aircraft.
*I like how there's just a Leonardo DiCaprio edit to cover up the Swastika* _Amazing Work Scale-a-Ton! I hope to see more of your Work, even if I have to wait Months_
Thanks for the great work in 2021. You help develop hobby skills. Happy New Year and I hope that in the coming year you will delight us with new works!
Hello Rahmi! This was a nice surprise! I was expecting a 1:72nd kit... 🙂 This high altitude fighter has always intrigued me with its slender, almost fragile appearance... The late Luftwaffe camouflage is pretty challenging and I think you managed to get a good result! Happy New Year and a better one to you too!
I LOVED this kit, it was a joy to build. I just got into the hobby when Tri-Master went out of business, sad day IMO. The FW-190-D9 was also a great kit!!!
Beautiful work! Cool subject for sure. I must say while watching the antenna cable installation the cable was aloud to sag because of the canopy being open. Actually the cable goes through the canopy and is kept taught on a reel mechanism to take up the slack when opening the canopy...
This Looks great! I love the patently made Pattern on the whole plane! And I wish you a happy new year! You inspire me much ☺️ and thank you for showing what string you used in the ending ☺️
I've got 2 of the Tri masters 1 - Later issued Ta, and a brown boxed {yes that early} still in the wrapper 190"D". The white metal is quite nice, and for a kit of that age the detail is very good. But once they became Dragon kits, I stayed away. Very nice build/paint & detail work. Congrats
A cracking build! Built a few Dragon kits in my time,I’ve still got a TA 154 in my stash. Incidentally comparable kits were the SF3D sci-fi kits, which were some of the first multi media kits to come out.
Amazing build! Such a beautiful and unique aircraft so rarely seen. I would recommend annealing the PE belts for the pilots seat, it makes them much more malleable and you can form them into more interesting shapes
It was beautiful work, but I have questions, such as why you filled the side fuselage. The painting of the engine, the antenna, and even the sealing of the decals. It may sound nit-picky, but I want you to know what you did. Nice model 🎉
I am quite new to videos like this. When it says "ratio in the mix" for which ever colour he is using at the top. What is mixed in with the paint? A thinner of some sort perhaps?
Pro tip paint at least the bottom and back sides of the engine since it is exposed (Its even this way on the real aircraft so still accurate for the rivet counters lol) Dora 9 included... It was considered a production cost and weight saving issue so deemed unnecessary to fully enclose the engine from the gear bay
Great job! Few questions as I use the same paint and airbrush: 1) What is the needle size in that Evo brush at 11:27? 2) What do you use to thin the paint for the work done at 11:27? 3) Roughly the pressure used for the work done at 11:27? Thank you!
1. It's 0.2mm 2. I use a local brand alcohol based surface cleaner for all acrylics expect X-22. 3. According to my air compressor's dials it's about 3-5 PSI
@@Scaleaton thank you for the reply. I really love your technique and I am amazed at your level of control of the AB. If I was casually spraying those exhausts like you do I would end up with the paint around it as well.🤪
That's quite interesting because I got a Revell fw ta 152 in 1/72 at christmas. Your aircraft looks way better tho because mine has no weathering and was painted with brush only.
Nice job! I have 3 questions: First, on what pressure are you painting? Second, how thin are paints? Third, what is the sise of the needle of your airbrush?
Hello mate, very nice build and technique showcase...not sure about that undercarriage color, but I am really missing brake hoses for wheels... Anyway, thanks for this video, I wish you too all the best in New Year 2022 :-)
Happy New Year to you all guys! I hope and wish the New Year will be better than the last two years for everyone. Stay safe, keep modeling!
:D
Happy New year my friend! Inspiring work as always!! 👍👍 Greetings from Portugal!!
Happy New Year from Malaysia! Keep up the good work.

Your airbrush work is insane !

Nice model. Don't be afraid of showing the sun-wheel. It's an essential part of the history.
This man is a pro. Excellent job.
Superb finish! Dragon kits were our holy grails back in the 90's
+1!!!😊😊
Thanks

I thought the TA-152 used a Jumo-213.
Cockpit wasn't pushed back, the nose and rear fuselage got longer.
Outstanding video and presentation.
I have an original Trimaster kit from 1989. I think it's outstanding for it's day. The engine is superb. One day I will build it. Great show and great content!!!!!
Great to see what can be done with an older kit.
Saludos desde Mallorca.
Feliz Navidad.🎄🍺👍
That preshading is a masterwork.
One of my first serious builds from the early 90's.
I don't think I've ever seen such a steady, accurate pair of hands ... you make it look much easier than I'm sure it is for us mere mortals!
Have a healthy and plentiful New Year!
how beautiful was that plane 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Stunning work as always. Your airbrushing is just phenomenal and such an inspiration to us mere mortals :)
Keep on modelling!
Glad to see Leo get featured lol

As usual, a beautiful model! I love that you work „safety first“!
Excelente trabajo!!!!!, pero el hilo de la antena debería estar estirado y tenso, no flojo.
Excellent build...I love the techniques!

Beautiful work!! Happy New Year to You....!
As always, amazing...!! Happy new year..!!
Merci pour cette video, vous me donnez l'envie de reprendre ma maquette trimaster de cet avion que j'avais commencé il y a quelques dizaines d'années.
Really nice build and paint job 👍 Happy New Year 😀
Beautiful job that you did! It is great workmanship and perfection at its best 😊👍
Happy New Year..😀
Stunningly beautiful lv it awesome job

Thanks for the feedback. Semi blown canopies doesn't have that mechanism.
@@Scaleaton Wow, I miss spoke, you are right! Thank you for answering my post and educating me... Salute!

Harika olmuş Üstat. Ellerinize sağlık.
İyi seneler. :)
Teşekkürler Cem Bey, size de iyi seneler!
Cool one!
Finding Leonardo DiCaprio was like, a where’s Waldo book lol.
Amazing build! Such a beautiful and unique aircraft so rarely seen. I would recommend annealing the PE belts for the pilots seat, it makes them much more malleable and you can form them into more interesting shapes
oh yes.. my favorite prop plane.. the slenderjesus
Simply amazing
I think the radio antenna should be straight, it had a tension device inside the moving canopy.
Strange looking aircraft. Never seen one before.

Lovely finish. Who's that on the tailplane? 😜
Lmao the little Leonardo to hide the swastika was hilarious
It's actually quite pathetic!
So great done. Looks very good! ;) All the best for You! ;)
Lovely build, I think some of the Dragon kits were released under the Italeri label also.
Very nice! I have a hobbboss TA-152 in the attic it looks like it maybe a little easier to build.
I have a few original trimaster kits. Where should I go to resell them? With kids and limited space, I don't think i'll ever build these beauties
That's quite interesting because I got a Revell fw ta 152 in 1/72 at christmas. Your aircraft looks way better tho because mine has no weathering and was painted with brush only.
great build, what do you use to dilute Mr Hobby Aqueous?

Лайк! Красивая модель! Всех С Новым годом! Достижений в творчестве и хобби, осуществлений планов, и крепкого иммунитета!
Magnificent!
Thanks for your videos. I have a question
Where did you buy your curved cutter?
Hello mate, very nice build and technique showcase...not sure about that undercarriage color, but I am really missing brake hoses for wheels... Anyway, thanks for this video, I wish you too all the best in New Year 2022 :-)
A beauty.
Brilliant!!!!!!!
Great job. I'm working on the same kit right now. Could you tell me what air pressure you used when applying the "dust" effect?
Thanks for the feedback. I can not remember well but generaly I use 10 PSI so posibly it's 10 PSI
The size of that propeller!
