He's been the best rb since coming into the league. Im in NY. A Giants fan. So I see all his games. Even games he would average like 3 yards per carry... were all amazing to watch what he would do. If i could explain it: he put the team on his shoulders but the Giants decided to also strap a trailer to his hips
I might be the biggest Barry Sanders fan ever. That being said, that broken tackle to spin juke into a reverse leap 9ver a defender is the best run I've ever seen. Dude is unreal.
Yup we can say Barry set the foundation for him to even think of it... But we can also say Barry never tried. Can give both respect without tearing one down. They elevate each others skills and legacy when you look at it right.
I'm okay with Josh Allen winning the award, but the one that will be crazy to think about is in the very off chance that if Allen keeps playing the way he's playing, and Barkley does break the single season rushing record, would this be the first time since Peyton Manning and Steve McNair shared the MVP award in 2003 that we'll see a new Co-MVP between Barkley and Allen? It makes me wonder if that might be the case. If Barkley does break the record, and it's very likely he will since he only needs 482 yards right now, just to tie it
I think the issue here is josh Allen is not breaking a record that's stood for 40 years. While I agree he's on a tear, his team let's him down a little too much when an MVP should elevate teammates.even if it's not his fault. Records can be fickle though, we almost saw Nick foles (probably should have) break the single game passing touchdown record. But this one is, harder I'd say. Also he has a chance to break Darren sproles single season all purpose yards (think that's what it's called).
Great video! All I can say is that it’s been so much fun watching him on the field wearing the right colors. Saquon is a man possessed and looking to take full advantage of this new opportunity. Even if he doesn’t break the record, he’s showing that he’s the most complete running back in the NFL. I can’t really think of a weakness that he has at the moment.
More reason for saquon to break it, and win the MVP. All he gotta say is "this is for all the running backs, wrs and defensive players that the committee has overlooked for the QBs of the league"
Its crazy to think that on top of everything Saquon could easily have over 20 rushing TDs if we handed the ball to him instead of running the tush push....after only 13 games.
I'm okay with that though, those are the "hit em with the kitchen sink" defensive plays and id rather Jalen get hit with the sink than Barkley. No offense Jalen love you bro, but I loved saquon before you got a chance, when he was still at Penn State.
Look, they say that QBS get mvp all the time. But that’s really because the QB is the most important position. You can be a good team without a good RB but if your QB is bad you can’t be really successful as a team
Saquon Barkley has been my favorite football player since his sophomore year in college. Josh Allen is the mvp. If Jalen Farts wasn’t vulturing his touchdowns with the tush pushes, then he might’ve had a chance for the mvp. Josh Allen has been on a tear with no clear number 1 WR on his team.
Barkley needs to break the rushing record with in 16 games out of 17 games this season to eliminate the argument that he broke the record with an extra game when comparing him to Eric Dickerson that did it in 16 games..
Dude im an die hard Eagles fan but i really think that Allen deserves the MVP he and only him is making the Buffalo contenders to a SB, dont get me wrong Saquon is having an historical year but that eagles roster has been to the SB before and the Bills are Allen and just the rest of the roster
yall bugging.. josh wins it 100% if mvp means most VALUABLE player then if saquoun dissapeared from eagles and if josh allen dissapeared from the bills im pretty sure the bills would be wayyyy worse meaning josh allen was the mvp
@@KrichProductionsyou said the best performance from a running back since 2012 was Todd gurly. But in 2019 cmc had the 3rd most scrimmage yards all time with 2392 and 19 tds. Also 1000/1000
I highly doubt his spectacular place aren’t nearly Saquon’s spectacular place on top of that. Just keep it 100 Jalen hurts has a better QBR better percentage the same amount of touchdowns more rushing touchdowns more rushing yards. The only thing that Josh Allen has overhears is throwing yards not say so if you wanna talk about Josh Allen being an MVP nominee for Jalen hurts that
I'll take Josh Allen throwing to mostly scrubs. This was supposed to be a down year for the Bills. Phi can win without Saqoun. I'll take Josh. But it's close.
Agreed. Saquon is doing magical things on the field, but there are a lot of other play makers on the eagles, so the def can't focus on just stopping the run. Its much harder to plan against Josh because he makes plays happen out of bad situations, pretty consistently.
Personally I think it's neck and neck for MVP But I do think Josh will take it not just because he's a QB but because nobody is doing more with less than josh allen
Let’s look at what mvp means, most valuable player, not who’s having the best statistical season that’s what opoty is for. Allen is easily the mvp between him Barkley and Lamar because of the supporting cast. Barkley is running behind an elite o line that makes any rb look good. Lamar has Henry, Andrews and flowers. Who does Allen have? Mack hollins and an injury prone Amari Cooper. Allen’s doing the most with less, by definition makes him mvp
You don’t gotta tell me I see this every week, dudes showed up every week. Allen sucked the first month of football either change the MVP to QB award or do right and give it up also CMC should have won it last year
Thanks for watching!! Do you think Saquon Barkley is the best running back in the NFL right now?

AJ and Jalen aren’t beefing it was to make saquan the mvp. He will lead the team through adversity
Yup. BG made it obvious
ED needed two extra games to beat OJ's record so one game shouldn't affect Saquon
He’s the best running back by four🎉🎉

Shaun Alexander, Marshall Faulk, AP, LT
All RBs who have won the MVP since 2000

Josh has ballers on his team, don't believe the hype. Just because you don't know them, doesn't mean squat. He didn't get to 10-2 by himself.
