I’m gonna go ahead & ask you since you have to be well-versed in the ways of lifting. On the lateral raises: Would that full rom movement not cause shoulder impingement or something? I thought we only took it out to the sides for a reason.
@@annadouglas9671its a cue that Dr. Mike Isratel gave him, its completely fine to do if your shoulders are fine with it, but mine arent really (i have problems with shoulders in general even in regular overhead presses or incline bench) so I stick to the regular ROM, you can try it out and see how your shoulders respond to it
@@annadouglas9671 If you get shoulder problems after it, try changing up the grip to find something that works for you. But unless your body says no you should always aim for full rom. My shoulders cant handle wide grip, so i go for close grip or shoulder width.

@@annadouglas9671 it depends on your anatomy, if it feels good and gives you gains do it, for me full ROM lateral raises are the only ones that I can actually feel in my side delts

this is by far the weirdest video you ever made. and its not just about the title. I have watched like every video on your channel and absolutely love your humor but here its different, everything feels so off putting from how the video is structured to jokes you make about mr beast team members.
